Over a week ago, they told me to go through KYC on their website, which I successfully completed, and I also provided them with my LTC address for the funds to be returned to my wallet. Support told me that specialists are working on my case. Since then, more than a week has passed, and they are ignoring me in the chat on all my subsequent inquiries. They haven't replied for over a week.

I added funds to see if the app is legit or not, so I added $2 first right, to convert it and check if it's legit, but no it didn't allow me to convert $2 Solana into TON, it required at least 0.25 sol.
So I did that I sent $46 worth of Solana, when i tried to convert it and send it back it didn't allow me because it needed verification I WENT TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT AND IT SAID REJECTED FOR SOME REASON, NOW I CAN'T TRY TO ADD ANOTHER ID AND THE SUPPORT WONT RESPOND TO ME EVEN THO I MESSAGED THEM EVERYWHERE.
