I would highly recommend this product for anyone serious about growing their stores Fluff and Fold. I've been using this product daily for over 2 years at my laundry in Hollywood. With the help of the POS and web site we have been able to increase our sales 3 times year over year. It has helped keep us organized and on target to reach our goals. The tracking/reporting software lets us see real time numbers which helps us know if we are meeting our numbers each month. This helps us with our marketing efforts. Overall, I would say if you were interested in getting into fluff and fold or already doing it this product can take you to the next level.

This is the total package. This POS system can make your Fluff and Fold run like it should, professional. The ease of use is rather good even if you are not computer savvy. You can use it for drop-off or delivery and everything in between. Not only is your life easier, but so is your attendants.

I wish there was a manual on certain functions, so I didn't have to call in or email. This is kind of nit picking because 99% is really good.

When a business day does not go according to plan it is important to have a knowledgeable team behind you to help you navigate the issues. That is so important and Curbside is the knowledgeable team behind you.

Professionalism, Friendly, Patient, they are always trying to perfect their software with the changing times.

Wish they had New York support hours so we can reach someone when we open and there is a problem like 6am.

Software make it easy to run and grow the business. Customers can easily place an order. The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. However, there are some improvements needed.

Use of Apple Pay, and card inserts are not available. The payment failed on pick up, and delivery has no solution. There should be an option to take a deposit for large orders. A pop-up should be on the attendant and driver screen when same-day order is added to the schedule.

The software keeps getting better and better. It's obvious the Simmons are committed to improving the program. Am super happy with our website and the ease in which I can make changes on my own.

The support is top notch and really enjoy working with Aaron and Matt.

We started using Curbside since the beginning of our PUD service. We chose them because the user interface was the most friendly of the ones we considered and the Simmons brothers were very patient and helpful with all of my questions.

We couldn't be happier. We have grown with CS and CS has grown and developed as the business has evolved. They are committed to making the software better and better as they take in feedback from clients and through their own experience.

The tech support is also fantastic. They're available by phone and email and are responsive.

We moved our drop off business onto CS so all of our wash and fold business is on CS at both of our stores.

The register functions still need improvement. Mostly on the reporting.

Overall, I would say CBL is a no brainer choice to have the system in place to start and handle growth easily. The team is amazing to work with!

CBL continues to reiterate and improves their software, including input from their users. Their IT team is one call away whenever you need something and proactively calls their users to check in. The software is very user friendly. It makes running the business easier!
I did go to Long Beach to shadow their wash and fold laundry process. It was well worth the trip! It helped me layout my store to serve the workflow and future storage needs from the beginning, as well as presentation of the packages.

I cannot think of a con. Curbside is a company that listens and works to improve all the time.

The use of the CURBSIDE system has overall saved us time. Time is money. The overall support has been quick and responsive. The "bugs" in the system are worked out quickly. Some adaption of our procedures made this a positive experience overall.

The software is easy to navigate and full of useful features. Time savings from Owner prospective overall. User friendly interface. Robust reporting system and options. Features consistently updated.

Reports are not customizable. Not able to correct ORDERS once completed. Not able to merged Orders or Clients. Not able to discount ITEM instead of Order.

Would recommend to other laundromat owners and potential owners in a heartbeat. Curbside ranks 10 out of 10.

Curbside was a significant factor in our company staying afloat during Covid. Support is good and suggestions for tweaking are always taken seriously.

We started having problems only after we volunteered to be part of a sprint.

Curbside takes a proactive customer centered approach. If I have a problem, they help me resolve it quickly so I can return to managing my business.

There is constant improvement taking into account the feedback from users and the owners using the software day-to-day to run their own operations.

There have been some growing pains but nothing substantial.

This is not a Con, but would love to have the ability to sent automated marketing texts and emails out of the system for sales and marketing purposes such as soliciting reviews, running promos etc.

Very happy I chose Curbside Laundries to help me with my laundry pickup and delivery services. They are always there to help If I have any issues. I don’t ever hear any negative things about them.

After testing the other high profile laundry software, I believe Curbside is Best in Class...by far.

Curbside was developed by long-time laundry owners to manage their very successful business. The software shows an insider's knowledge of the daily needs of laundry operators. It's intuitive and easy to use. The Curbside team are great to work with. They listen to users and continually enhance the software. I've tried other leading software before choosing Curbside, and at this point, I can't imagine running my laundry without Curbside.

Whenever I felt there were opportunities to improve the software, I spoke to the owners and soon saw enhancements that created an improved experience.

Onboarding was seamless. Suggestions for improvement are heard and implemented. Office hours are a nice opportunity to get help or answer questions. The customer interface is easy and intuitive.

The creators are laundromat people. They work in the business and know the daily struggles. They are approachable and have multiple channels for getting support as needed. Love that it's run by a family with high integrity and who exhibit respect for one another's roles within the company.

Every issue we've had has been addressed and reconciled. There is not a single con to doing business with Curbside.

Curbside has the best software on the market. It's easy to use and easy to figure out. Matt was awesome in assisting me on how to set it all up. My friend Barb is the absolute best whenever I can't figure something out. I've been using Curbside for 3 years and never had a technical problem. CURBSIDE IS THE BEST. I love how we are constantly updating the software to make the process better. They listen to their customers.

We’ve been using curbside software for the last 6 months. It does everything we were looking for in a software plus more! It’s been important part in the growth of our business.

No cons come to mind. We have zero complaints.

Don’t waste your time looking for something else if you’re doing WDF with pickup and delivery. Go with curbside.

This software was obviously designed by those in the business. It does everything I need for tracking orders, pickup and delivery routes, employee order tracking, and so much more! They also take suggestions and are continuously improving.

Only con I can think of is the monthly fee is a little high, but honestly the software helps makes the money back and more.

I really recommend this software to anybody who’s running or thinking about opening a laundromat, specially if you do pickup and delivery service.
Comes with everything you need POS system, scale, register etc. They will even build a website for your business.

So far so good, we are very new at getting launched. We really had a few months of not fully transitioning to the new software.

They always respond to questions, big or small. The customer service is amazing. The software is always being improved.

It’s a little pricey. But if it gets us the customers we hope it will it will be a small investment in growth.

Overall, I am grateful for Curbside. It allows me to manage wash and fold, pickup and delivery, and register sales for all three of my stores. It is definitely the tool I needed to scale.

I have used Curbside every day for the past two years and am very impressed. The team is incredibly dedicated to support, service, and improvement. They are constantly updating the software and adding new and helpful features.

The only drawback so far is that the system is not as customizable as it could be. Though every update improves on that.

I find it very hard to believe one of Curbside’s competitors would be as simple and efficient while still operating on behalf of the users such as myself, unlike a conglomerate would.

Driver / manager / owner. All very simple to navigate and switch between.

Great customer service, always willing to explain something I don’t understand and also willing to listen to my suggestions.

Cost is not cheap, not the most expensive but not the cheapest.

Not all features are as mobile friendly as I’d like, but they have slowly been improving individual facets so I have faith that will continue.

If you are going to have a modern laundromat you need this service. All the information you need is at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this service.

I like that it is built just for laundromats. It is easy to access from the computer in the store or my phone. I took over from owners that wrote everything down in a notebook so this is like going from the Wright Brothers' plane to the moon.

So far there isn't anything we are unhappy with.
