Overall the platform is great and Cvent is in my opinion the best in the business for event management software.

All of the event information is organized well on the front end and on the developer side. Cvent is always expanding their features and capabilities, so you can always know more updates are coming if there are any shortcomings.

Pricing - it is not inexpensive. Being more flexible with the event template - if coding is used, it can be altered but if some users don't have that experience it may be limited on where you can add items like images.

Overall it's one stop solution for managing meetings & event with plenty of options to promote your product/event and engage with attendees. In fact you can track the progress of your events and improvise in future events.

Right from to building event registration website, inviting process and post event engagement. Cvent is constantly evolving to met the event technology needs. The post event engagements or attendee hub engagement score reports are very useful that enables data driven marketing strategy. We can get precise performance, engagement data to improve future events. Cvent customer support team is there to help you on the product!

It's little expensive but if you're all rounder event management profession then you would realize it's worth for the features and customer support.

Overall my experience with Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub has been very positive and i will continue to use this platform for my events.

There are a lot of features on Cvent attendee hub which can be quite confusing to navigate when you are new.

The Attendee Hub is so easy to add on to our event to turn it virtual in a pinch (or not if you've planned for it!).

Although it's easy, the desktop version doesn't feel very updated.

We very much like the push notifications and having a mobile friendly version of the event site available to our attendees.

Attendee Hub is a natural and must have solution when you are using Cvent's registration system. It doesn't matter if your event is either in-person, hybrid, or virtual, Attendee Hub can meet your needs.

A big pros is the versatility of Attendee Hub being both a mobile app and a web platform. The natural integration with the Cvent solutions makes populating the app so easy.

They are upgrading this view - my con is the card only view for the app. However, they are updating view options to icons which is a great update.

Cost is a big factor for us. A lot of the data upkeep requires manual imports often as well.

Being able to do virtual, or even hybrid meetings, gave us an advantage once the pandemic shut things down, and even for the following year or so when things were opening back up. We had clients that needed to have a better solution to single video streaming or webinars that were not really allowing them to cover what their normal in-person events could do.

I like having the ability to include attendees virtually to our client's events, if they cannot meet in person. We have clients that have all virtual events as well as hybrid, which helps with their overall budgets and the convenience to include everyone into the event.

I haven't found it difficult to use attendee hub, however it's always nerve racking to ensure that all video links, especially when they will be live streams, will work when the site is live. We test, but you just hope all goes smoothly when necessary.

I love that Attendee Hub can be used as a desktop application for attendees who are attending virtually or it can be used as an app for the attendees who are attending in-person.

Pros to Attendee Hub:
The best pro is that an attendee can watch a livestream while in the Cvent app they do not have to log off or open a separate browser.

Cons to Attendee Hub:
The one con with attendee hub is a vendor or exhibitor can cancel the appointment that you have setup with them based on the attendee availability.

When I have used it, it has worked very well. It took some getting used to but once you know how, it is very slick.

Once you know how to use it, it is very easy. When you have issues, support is always there. It gives attendees direct access to the information needed.

It took some getting used to. I felt the training I did, did not cover everything so I had to figure it out on my own or get support.

Overall, I would recommend Cvent, creating templates ensures all your events look the same so you can keep a theme.

Number of functions, support can usually help, but they may give you different answers depending on who you talk to.

A little difficult to learn, but once you get the hang of it it's easy.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the product. It has been easy to show other team members, and is quick to design for a very smooth onsite experience.

Attendee Hub is easy to use, has a finished looking design which requires minimal effort to make look professional, and is very quickly adjustable. I find it very helpful whenever onsite, as I essentially have access to all my delegates, in order to give them information, and also to engage them more easily. I can also track their engagement through the reports very quickly, to make quick changes onsite for the biggest impact.

Occasionally there are technical issues, which is always a pain onsite. I also wish there were more options for the home page, as this is not very interactive.

If you use Cvent as your registration system and are interested in an event platform for mobile and web, Attendee Hub is a natural choice. The main reason is the natural integration with your registration system. Another reason is the excellent customer service that the Cvent team has to offer.

The biggest benefit is the natural integration with Cvent. When you use all of the tools available for even management, the populating of Attendee Hub become very easy. Then setting up the pages within Attendee Hub is very straightforward with the great layout in their webpage. The biggest benefit at the moment is the roll-out of the AI feature.

I don't like the card view, and how it is limited to just that view for now.

This is the all-in-one for virtual and hybrid events - terrific app for hybrid event space and organizes a lot of different media into one space for virtual events. Terrific for vendor marketing style events.

The price. This is an investment and if you're going to use it make sure to take advantage of everything it offers to get your money's worth.
