We left Eventleaf because there was a recommendation that we use a platform with more participant interaction. It was disastrous. We came back and are very happy.

Eventleaf staff are immediately responsive. They do not mind hand-holding and are patient and gracious with us. We are primarily a volunteer organization which holds a conference 1200 attendees, as well as smaller events during the year. We are not particularly tech savvy, and Eventleaf staff have made the process less painful. We especially like that multiple enrollees can use the same email address and still get individualized programs. Other platforms that we tried do not offer that option. Website creation was easy, and users liked the simplicity of registration.

When sending out emails, you can only do a limited number at a time. It would be helpful if you could push a button and all users got the email simultaneously.

10/10 recommend to anyone who's new to making a website, they make it easy for you to understand and it's very user friendly.

We've used Eventleaf for 3 years now for several of our larger events (300+ people events), and it has never failed us. The features Eventleaf offers are amazing, and we take advantage of all of them, and it's our lives so much easier! The sign-in feature, the apps (attendee vs. exhibitors), the games and prizes, the classes, etc., were all well thought out and have made our side a lot easier to make our event more available to our attendees. We always get great feedback from everyone who attends!

It's not as customizable as we would like but the options aren't bad either!

We run two events a year for a healthcare trade association and Eventleaf covers the full lifecycle: build the registration form, take payment, print badges, check people in, push the agenda to attendees through the mobile app, and export the attendee list afterward. Setup for a new event takes an afternoon because we can clone the prior year's configuration. The check-in tracking is accurate, which matters to us because we issue continuing education credit and need a reliable attendance record. The platform has scaled with us from a small workshop to a 140-plus person conference without any change in how we operate it. Support has been responsive and, in our experience, willing to work with a nonprofit on plan structure. Five stars for doing the core job well and staying out of the way.

The reporting views are functional but basic; I end up exporting to a spreadsheet for anything beyond head counts and revenue totals. Feature gating by plan tier means the email tools weren't included at our original level.

Customer support resources (FAQs, articles) were helpful, though I’d appreciate more design flexibility when customizing event branding. During our conference we offer different levels for sponsorship and more features would help to attract more vendors.

Eventleaf provided all the features necessary for me to manage my event efficiently and affordably, event though it was a small event.

Eventleaf enabled my to create fully customized registration forms, with a mix of mandatory and optional text fields, radio buttons and check boxes. The registration process worked seamlessly, with confirmation emails and the ability to update and cancel registrations if required. The check-in app worked perfectly while scanning QR codes enabling us to track attendance at multiple sessions within our event.

We needed an event management platform that could handle a large conference every year, and the occasion quarterly event. We needed a platform that would handle event registrations, mobile agendas, and event check-ins. Our organization needed some custom attributes for our attendees. We were able to utilized Eventleaf's API to do this. We evaluated other event management software, but their API was either not modern or non-existent. Eventleaf's API documentation is easy to understand and easy to use. Eventleaf's pricing plans are flexible for our organization. Setting up and event within Eventleaf is easy. I was able to setup custom ticket types easily too. The mobile app is easy to use. We were able to add our logo within the event page and mobile app/agenda too. Overall, I would recommend Eventleaf as an event management platform.

I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too.

Eventleaf does a great job at responding to comments from their users and continuing to improve their product. This is the second year we have used it for a local conference and it continues to improve!

There are some functionalities that could be improved, such as how the agenda is displayed, but we have found work arounds that make it look the way we want it to.

Overall this platform is amazing, saves me 100s hours of work and has the ability to be very customised.

I use to track RSVPs by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional.

When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. I needed proof this platform was efficient before asking my Board to pay for a subscription.

I aim to use Eventleaf as a management tool for collecting subscribers to the Conference we are currently organizing. I am also interested in the fact that I can use this tool to collect abstract and to select them all inside one single platform.

So far, the experience has been great and they have a good customer support. Understandably, the basic plan doesn't offer all the features that I am looking for.

We'd love some more customization options to add our own branding to the app/site, but it could be that I just haven't learned how to do that yet. Otherwise the website/app had all of the features we needed.

I really appreciated the wide variety of features that the Eventleaf app offers, especially because everything is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly from the very beginning. The setup process is smooth and allows for great personalization — adding logos, images, and customizing the colors of texts and banners was easy and quick. One of the biggest time-savers for me was the ability to import agenda items and contact lists directly from Excel, which worked seamlessly. I also like that the platform includes plenty of useful features without feeling overwhelming, unlike some other tools I've tried. A major bonus is that sponsors and speakers can update their own profiles, which reduces the need to chase people with follow-up emails — a big plus during busy event planning phases.

I started using Eventleaf just one month before the event, which is a pity — it has so many great features that would have saved me a lot of time and nerves if I had implemented it earlier. Tools like abstract collection, the reviewing process, and payment tracking are extremely helpful and would have made the entire process even smoother.

While the overall experience was great, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The language translation feature, especially in Czech, still needs work — some phrases weren’t accurate or smooth. I also found the banner setup to be a bit frustrating. Although I selected a specific part of my uploaded image, the final result on the webpage looked different — the image was enlarged and cropped in unexpected ways. Another suggestion would be to provide clearer data import templates. While there's a basic format provided, the cell formatting (such as date format) is critical for a successful upload — for instance, "16.6.2025" won’t work, but "6/16/2025" will, which I only figured out through trial and error.

Missing some very minor elements (eg Mr/Ms/Dr etc field for speakers) and speaker ordering system is clunky), but that's a very small point!

This is an excellent piece of software that has far more than we utilise. the option to pay for tickets through it's integration isn't used by us but I can see how good that would be. Love how straight forward to set it up is and also it has allowed us to move closer to our eco-friendly principles. For a small not for profit organisation, this has been a game changer.

At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site.

Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to.

Excellent experience, really user friendly app which will be very useful for our upcoming conference to allow member engagement and interaction.

The pricing is very reasonable and competitive and they have customised options so you only pay for what you need.
The app itself is very user friendly and its quick and intuitive to update. There was no lag when turning on options like the poll and Q&A features. The ability to brand via the website was great

Eventleaf is an organized dream. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants. Finally, I'd LOVE to see confirmation emails be tailored to the registration types.
