I liked how the reports were easy to download and share with my team. When promoting Eventleaf as a viable substitute for our previous system this feature helped to persuade the board to approve the transition.

Customer support resources (FAQs, articles) were helpful, though I’d appreciate more design flexibility when customizing event branding. During our conference we offer different levels for sponsorship and more features would help to attract more vendors.

It ticks all the boxes we needed for an app to run our event and for attendees to have all the details in one spot.

Eventleaf was incredibly easy to set up and use for our event! Its features, including registration management, agendas, speaker bios, Q&As, and surveys, made it our top choice for our conference. The app was user-friendly for everyone, and the Eventleaf team responded quickly to any questions I had.

User limits to upgrade your subscription to use the app are too high.

Eventleaf provided all the features necessary for me to manage my event efficiently and affordably, event though it was a small event.

Eventleaf enabled my to create fully customized registration forms, with a mix of mandatory and optional text fields, radio buttons and check boxes. The registration process worked seamlessly, with confirmation emails and the ability to update and cancel registrations if required. The check-in app worked perfectly while scanning QR codes enabling us to track attendance at multiple sessions within our event.

My overall experience with Eventleaf has been very positive. The platform offers a comprehensive and intuitive solution for managing events, whether virtual, hybrid, or in-person. Setting up events is straightforward, with clear workflows for registration, attendee check-in, badge printing, and session tracking. I particularly appreciated how quickly I could get an event live and how professional the registration pages looked with minimal effort.

Eventleaf doesn’t offer native integrations with popular CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot), email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), or learning management systems — requiring workarounds for syncing data.

We needed an event management platform that could handle a large conference every year, and the occasion quarterly event. We needed a platform that would handle event registrations, mobile agendas, and event check-ins. Our organization needed some custom attributes for our attendees. We were able to utilized Eventleaf's API to do this. We evaluated other event management software, but their API was either not modern or non-existent. Eventleaf's API documentation is easy to understand and easy to use. Eventleaf's pricing plans are flexible for our organization. Setting up and event within Eventleaf is easy. I was able to setup custom ticket types easily too. The mobile app is easy to use. We were able to add our logo within the event page and mobile app/agenda too. Overall, I would recommend Eventleaf as an event management platform.

I loved the API access for our custom needs. I loved the mobile app too. It is really easy to setup and publish events. It is easy to duplicate events too. I really appreciate the Eventleaf customer service too. All my questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I love the flexibility of the pricing plans too.

No major cons, but a future feature request. I would like to be able to change fonts on the event page.

Eventleaf does a great job at responding to comments from their users and continuing to improve their product. This is the second year we have used it for a local conference and it continues to improve!

There are some functionalities that could be improved, such as how the agenda is displayed, but we have found work arounds that make it look the way we want it to.

Overall this platform is amazing, saves me 100s hours of work and has the ability to be very customised.

I use to track RSVPs by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional.

When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. I needed proof this platform was efficient before asking my Board to pay for a subscription.

The tool seems easy to use and to personalize. You can also work on the design of the page which is really helpful.

I aim to use Eventleaf as a management tool for collecting subscribers to the Conference we are currently organizing. I am also interested in the fact that I can use this tool to collect abstract and to select them all inside one single platform.

So far, the experience has been great and they have a good customer support. Understandably, the basic plan doesn't offer all the features that I am looking for.

I organized a small event for my team (50 participants), Summer Days. It took me some time to figure out the setup and data entry process. Since event planning is not something I do regularly, the platform’s features indirectly helped me structure the information in a way that ensured participants had the best possible experience.

I chose Eventleaf because it’s an affordable application, and all the features I needed for organizing the event are available, easy to set up, and simple to use.

Including the mobile app in all plans would be a great addition.

One of the things I liked most about Eventleaf was its customization and automation features. The ability to create personalized invitation emails, set up automatic reminders, and design a custom event webpage made the entire event registration process smooth and professional. It has a lot of options, but once you get familiar with them, you can effortlessly manage and tailor the experience to fit your event’s needs.

The only downside I found with Eventleaf was the initial learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it takes a bit of time to get used to the platform. However, once you understand how everything works, it becomes much easier to navigate and use effectively. A more intuitive onboarding process or additional tutorials could make it even better for first-time users.

Overall I've been incredibly impressed with the customer support, ease of use, intuitive design, and flexibility that Eventleaf has to support many types of events. We recommend it to everyone!

We are a nonprofit who hosts an annual conference. Last year was our first year using an app and we went with Eventleaf. Eventleaf has great customer support, and the app/event services were user friendly and easy to set up. They made it easy for a young, small, nonprofit like ours to get going with a conference app with no headaches and affordable price point.

We'd love some more customization options to add our own branding to the app/site, but it could be that I just haven't learned how to do that yet. Otherwise the website/app had all of the features we needed.

While there’s room for improvement in localization and banner visuals, these are minor issues compared to the overall value the tool provides. I would definitely recommend it to other event organizers looking for a reliable and well-rounded solution — and I highly encourage starting early to take full advantage of everything it offers.

I really appreciated the wide variety of features that the Eventleaf app offers, especially because everything is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly from the very beginning. The setup process is smooth and allows for great personalization — adding logos, images, and customizing the colors of texts and banners was easy and quick. One of the biggest time-savers for me was the ability to import agenda items and contact lists directly from Excel, which worked seamlessly. I also like that the platform includes plenty of useful features without feeling overwhelming, unlike some other tools I've tried. A major bonus is that sponsors and speakers can update their own profiles, which reduces the need to chase people with follow-up emails — a big plus during busy event planning phases.

I started using Eventleaf just one month before the event, which is a pity — it has so many great features that would have saved me a lot of time and nerves if I had implemented it earlier. Tools like abstract collection, the reviewing process, and payment tracking are extremely helpful and would have made the entire process even smoother.

While the overall experience was great, there are a couple of areas for improvement. The language translation feature, especially in Czech, still needs work — some phrases weren’t accurate or smooth. I also found the banner setup to be a bit frustrating. Although I selected a specific part of my uploaded image, the final result on the webpage looked different — the image was enlarged and cropped in unexpected ways. Another suggestion would be to provide clearer data import templates. While there's a basic format provided, the cell formatting (such as date format) is critical for a successful upload — for instance, "16.6.2025" won’t work, but "6/16/2025" will, which I only figured out through trial and error.

Missing some very minor elements (eg Mr/Ms/Dr etc field for speakers) and speaker ordering system is clunky), but that's a very small point!

This is an excellent piece of software that has far more than we utilise. the option to pay for tickets through it's integration isn't used by us but I can see how good that would be. Love how straight forward to set it up is and also it has allowed us to move closer to our eco-friendly principles. For a small not for profit organisation, this has been a game changer.

At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site.

Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to.

Excellent experience, really user friendly app which will be very useful for our upcoming conference to allow member engagement and interaction.

The pricing is very reasonable and competitive and they have customised options so you only pay for what you need.
The app itself is very user friendly and its quick and intuitive to update. There was no lag when turning on options like the poll and Q&A features. The ability to brand via the website was great

Eventleaf is an organized dream. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.

I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants. Finally, I'd LOVE to see confirmation emails be tailored to the registration types.

Between our two annual conferences our attendance varies, and Eventleaf is perfect for scaling up and down as needed.

The flexibility is amazing. When using it for our IT conferences, Eventleaf takes the painstaking process of gathering vendor and attendee information and makes it easy.

None thus far! While we haven't used Eventleaf to it's fullest extent we have had zero issues. The basic functions work great for what we need it for!

Overall, I am very pleased with this product and how quickly I was able to set up my 3 events. After setting up the 1st event, I was able to duplicate the event and update dates very easily. Within the afternoon, I had all 3 events finished and ready to receive registrations.

So far, I have really enjoyed using Eventleaf as an administrator and user. It has been so easy to use, even for someone who is not highly skilled in technology. It has a lot of features that I was impressed to see in an event app like this and I love how you can customize it for your event. We are using this app for a conference and to track and provide continuing education credits, and it has exceeded our expectations. We love the features of being able to put more detail about our speakers and their talks, putting the continuing education surveys directly in the app, and being able to add information about our sponsors. The Eventleaf team has also been great to work with. Highly recommend this app for anyone hosting conferences or continuing education events!

I love all the features that Eventleaf offers and how you can customize your event very easily. I began using the app as an administrator and am using it for a conference as an administrator and user. It was very easy to customize the web pages with the conference information. I was impressed that we were able to upload pictures and bios of the speakers and include abstracts of each talk to make it easier for attendees to find the talk they want to attend. We were able to make our Eventleaf page similar to our virtual program, which is a unique feature of the app and very helpful to users. This was my first time using the app and I was very happy to see that we could add surveys so that attendees can complete the survey through the app to earn continuing education credits. This makes it so much easier to track when people check in and out of talks and tracking continuing education information. I also liked that we could customize the features we wanted on our page. For example, you can set it to where users can register themselves for the event through the app, but we have attendees register through our site, so we were able to customize our page and remove the option to register on site. You can customize the check-in and check-out codes to either numbers or words, and can enable a feature to allow users to communicate with each other through the app. Something else I want to point out is that there is a sponsor page where you can upload logos and brief bios for the sponsors of your event. We have never had this feature in the past, so I'm excited to have an additional advertising opportunity for our sponsors, and think they will really appreciate being viewable in the app.

I also want to note that the Eventleaf guide staff have been so helpful to us as we navigated creating our event page. They were very quick to answer questions and were very helpful!

For the check-in and check-out codes, there is a timestamp so you can see when individuals check in and check out. This is helpful to have as some career fields require you to check-in and check-out within a certain time frame from the event in order to earn continuing education credits (i.e., have to prove that you attended most of the event to earn credit). Something that could be considered to add to this feature would be to put an expiration time for checking in and out of an event. For example, there could be a setting that administrators could add an expiration to the code so that people have to check in within a certain time of the event starting.

Event Leaf offers good value for money. Set-up is easy and straightforward, and our delegates find the web page and the app easy to use.

We find Event Leaf very easy to use. We find it very easy to set up and offers us everything. We need to manage the event, including a webpage, registration, ticketing, and an app.

We haven't found anything that we dislike about Event Leaf so far!
