Platform could have been a little more intuitive.

At a time when so many events have changed from being in-person to being online due to COVID-19, vFairs provides a great option for organizations to provide fulsome event experiences. Not only do that they have great technology supported by knowledgeable human resources, vFairs also understands the importance of listening to and incorporating feedback from users to help optimize the delivery of future events.

vFairs allows an organization to customize the virtual event space for a particular event. Additionally, the human resources who provide support, advice, etc. are very responsive and innovative.

For those who do not consider themselves to be technologically inclined, the platform can initially seem intimidating. However, a plethora of information and resources are made available (in a variety of communication mediums) to help users become comfortable, familiar, and confident about their activities on the platform.

During these critical uncertain times in the event industry, it's an unbelievable relief to have vFairs on my team! They really make the difference with the success of our events.

vFairs is a complete one stop virtual shop! Not only does the Sales Team, Development Team, the Trainers go the extra mile, but the Project Managers will take your event(s) and turn them into more than you could ever imagine.

My personal preference is to pick-up the phone to reach tech support for assistance, but all I have to do is send an email and I receive a response IMMEDIATELY.

Overall, vFairs creates virtual events that are engaging and entertaining. The platform is professional with some very useful features.

No cons! But would recommend adding live videos in the platform, video recording and production services and vFairs would have everything in one.

vFairs is an amazing platform that enabled us to shift our conference virtually. We were able to gauge larger audience. Having the ability to curate designs, customise them and make them like actually physical convention centre was amazing. Networking opportunities, lounge chats, sessions all in one were amazing, and the stability of the platform was immense.
Most of all our project management team- Team Crusaders were just amazing. Hassaan and his team were able to cater to any last minute request and he would always be available to respond no matter what time.
His command over the product, and his trainings enabled us to keep much more control of our event.

I think chat feature can be made a bit better, apart from that nothing else to say.

Vfairs has the best looking virtual platform I've ever seen, and I attend tons of virtual events. I love the customized designs, vibrant exhibit halls, engaging leaderboard system, networking lounge and more. They are constantly improving the platform and that makes it better for the event producers and the attendees. The experience is exciting and the fact that you can navigate from one area of the platform to another helps attendees forget how long they've been sitting in their seats as we feed them our content.

The customer service Vfairs provides is like no other platform I've produced events for. They make everything easy for you, though "live" or pre-recorded tutorials, and regularly scheduled update meetings to make sure your project is moving consistently with your timeline.

Attendees often complain about having to sign in with their email address every time they enter a session.
