Overall Trumba has met all our needs. I would like to spend more time trying to figure out some of the features that are available I just have not had the time to do so.

I work for a Trauma hospital doing injury prevention, education and outreach events. I have found Trumba to be very helpful and user friendly. I have not had an issues using this platform and am very happy thus far. Support staff have been very helpful especially when I was new in my role.

I am sure there are many features I do not know how to use but one thing I was not able to figure out was how to have an event that has several time slots to sign up for without making each one a separate event.

It would also be highly beneficial if the developers added more robust data download and export options in the future.Ultimately, if you are a large organization looking for a powerful, deeply customizable event and sign-up management tool, Trumba is a great option—even if a few areas could still use some minor tweaking.

Overall, easy to use, and reliable! It is nice to be able to just go in once a week and make updates so our customers can have stress free access to all kinds of events, menus and locations. We have had positive feedback from users and it allows access for them from anywhere.

Trumba is easy to use, and learn for website menu display! In one sitting I was able to view, and learn the program, ready to set up the calendar on my own the next day! Very helpful in communicating information across a college campus.

One thing that can be a downside is when creating a menu for the week, and save and copying, you may end up with duplicates on the calendar.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience using Trumba. As a program coordinator at a university, I rely on it to manage and publish events for our department, and it has proven to be a dependable and efficient tool. It's easy to keep our website calendar up to date.

Although the UI was difficult at first, I quickly got used to it and was able to accomplish my task.

I appreciated how easy it was to create a virtual event that I am hosting for my university. I was able to quickly input all of the information to make the event sound engaging and interesting.

My overall experience was good. I accomplished what I needed to do with only a little bit of trouble.

I like that it is easy to link the map to show the exact property location. Entering dates and times are simple too.

I think the layout could be improved to be more user-friendly/simplified.

The mental model of how Trumba conceptualizes events, calendars, and submissions, as well as the relationships between all these elements takes some getting used to, and the administration interface could definitely use some UX improvements. But the stability and branding customizability are commendable.

The system is solid. I can't remember a time where the service was down, or when it behaved in a way that couldn't be explained by some user action.

I don't want to understate the value of this. Stability is huge. So, please bear this in mind when reading nay critiques I may have.

Trumba allows you to configure a time zone for the account, or for a given calendar. But there is not (to my knowledge) an option to show the time zone information in the event, and the Trumba embed does not have an option to adjust the time zone based on the browser's reported time zone.

Great platform for posting events. Super easy to use. Pricing is extremely reasonable. We have been using it for over 9 years and will continue to do so.

I can honestly say nothing. I have requested changes in the past, and they have made those changes. They are great to work with and listen to your ideas.

The initial administrative backend has a bit of a learning curve for first-time users due to the depth of customizable options, but it becomes very intuitive once configured.

Overall, it' s been great a great experience utilizing this platform. I'm learning more and more about how to use more features on it.

Since most of our events are similar, I like being able to duplicate them. I also like utilizing the RSVP feature.

I don't have cons to discuss. I do wish I could create a private calendar that can only be viewed internally. It would also be great to have capability to create customized links that will only display certain types of events.

We picked Trumba to replace a homegrown calendar system that became too unwieldy to maintain, and we haven't looked back. It fits so well into our internal and external websites that people don't even realize it is a different service! If you want peace of mind regarding your calendar and event management, I can't recommend Trumba enough.

I love Trumba! We have integrated It into our intranet and public site. We have used it for over 12 years, and I can't remember it ever going down—we never worry about its reliability. It is also flexible and very customizable. As well as making it possible for people to sign up for events, we use it to collect event registration fees, which integrates well with our payment processor, enabling us to avoid holding on to sensitive credit-card data.
I especially love how easy it is to communicate with people who have registered for events using its email notification features. It also makes collecting custom information needed for events easy (such as dietary needs, T-shirt size, or other event-specific information.)
Another pro is the ability to designate multiple calendar editors who can then manage their own sub-calendars. This takes a lot of the burden off of the system administrator and gives people the access they need. The permissions model works very well, making it possible to give sub-administrators access to only the calendars they need.
I also feel like Trumba's support has been top-notch. We are supported by people who really know the product. I know that if I need something, they will respond quickly. And they continue to make feature upgrades that make a real difference to the user experience.
I could go on and on!

I hope they implement a way to register for "sub-events," e.g., breakout sessions, someday. This is a feature we sometimes wish it had. Or the ability to charge for add-ons (like T-shirts, for example, or meals). But to be fair, this isn't meant to be a full-fledged event management tool.

Love it. I recommend to everyone who is looking for a calendaring and registration platform. Service and post-sales help is the best.

Easy to use, kinda of a swiss-army knife of calendaring - does it all. PLUS the service is the best of any software I've ever used.

I'ts not fancy if that is what you are looking for. Does the job to a high level, but won't win an award for the flashiest software.

I’ve planned ahead and budgeted for this software over the next few years, and it’s been worth every penny. It makes my job so much easier by saving me valuable time—I can create new invites in just minutes. Best of all, it helps me stand out in the office as someone who really knows how to get things done.

Setting up my initial training invite was easy and included all the details needed for sign‑ups. I love how this system lets me send out placeholders to those registering for my training events.

I hardly know anyone that works here because I haven't really required any help.

From the very beginning, the Trumba team have been so very helpful and always there to help. I recommend Trumba to all my fellow calendar enthusiasts.

The best feature that I have put to use is the Event Request Form. I'm sure there are many other features I have not utilized.

I haven't encountered any real cons with Trumba. Sometimes the background work can be a little confusing, but I can usually figure things out on my own or with a quick Google Search

We use Trumba as a university-wide event calendar and people love the features. We use it for not only activities and events, but academic calendar information, and course related events that students can attend. We are always finding new ways to use it to solve existing problems.

It is a powerful calendar system that lets us maintain all of our university events in one platform and we are constantly find more ways to use it. Our website, portal, LMS, and mobile app all pull the calendar content and it helps keep everything in sync.

None that I know of. We use it a lot and love it.

It is very easy to use and set up programs, sell tickets and offer refunds. Great customer service with a person who knows your business and you.

I would like more features. Ways for things to show up on the calendar. I would like to be able to feature coupons for the sale. I would like more options for the email blast and a way of searching the data base for users rather than scrolling through all the names.

Trumba is a great resource to keep our events and spaces organized. It is also very cost effective considering some other platforms cost a lot more.

I love all of the features of Trumba. We were using hand written schedules before and the colors and time blocking keep everything so organized. I also love that we can sell tickets to our events and easily keep track of everything leading up to the event.

Because it is so robust there is a steep initial learning curve to get the settings just the want you need them.

We absolutely couldn't function without Trumba's user-friendly, robust system for keeping track of all of our university events. It is so easy to create multiple custom calendars that can be embedded site wide. Of equal value to us: We have received incredible support from our account representative. He is never too busy to jump online with us to walk us through needed modifications and customizations.

Trumba is highly customizable and flexible, and syncs beautifully across all our integrated systems. We have multiple calendars that reflect all facets of student life and come from several locations-- academics, athletics, extracurriculars, etc. They all come together easily in Trumba!

I can't think of any cons. If I could, I'm sure our account representative would address them with us!
