It is a tool that I continue to love and learn more about all the time, I do love how there are lots of different ways to approach various things - it's great for problem solving.

I love using EventsAir, I think it's an incredible tool which allows us, as a corporate travel management company, to save a heap of time. I love how it is moving with the times in terms of AI as well.

I struggle with the major core bugs that aren't not available on a list so as to know about them in advance - an example I am currently dealing with is that the meeting hub does not show notifications of messages inside it - if I had have known this, I would never have offered it to my client and now I am having to try and smooth things over with them. There are often issues like this, so if there were a list of just the bugs that are considered major and being worked on, it would save a lot of stress and back peddling.

Overall, I really enjoy EventsAir - it makes my job easier! I still have so much to learn about the system, which is exciting.

I couldn't respond to pricing or support questions because there wasn't a NA option.

I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files.

When creating a new event, I do find that it's not intuitive - you have to jump out of one section and into another to complete an event.

This is the go to event system that streamlines the planning between teams to produce amazing experiences.

Brings together an event from the start - from flights to transfers to accommodation to agendas with relative ease. Provides a one stop shop for reporting, itineraries, apps and agendas.

The slowness of system when trying to finalise events and everyone is working on their independent pieces.

EventsAir is our main day to day tool so for us to be able to work within all aspects of the platform is essential.

All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected.

Accommodation and finance is not very flexible.
Reports are in some cases very complex and hard for the user to figure out

The more I work with EventsAir, the more I like it but also the more I realise that there is still a lot of items I am not or less familiar with. Learning something new regularly and being able to explain it to colleagues, works well for me!

There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir:
- The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so.
- The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer.
- The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete.

As it allows so much, it is also challenging to get to the 'Best Practices' of the application. As a result, getting to 'know' the product takes quite some time.
One of the items I seriously miss in the application, is the option to upload data via excel in other sections of the application than the Attendee data.

Overall happy using the product and highly recommend it to event organisers and agencies as an event management platform, online, in-person or hybrid.

Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use.

Some financial functions are not very intuitive e.g. balancing payments for registration cancellations, and mobile app has limitations.

In most cases, it's as simple as dragging and dropping elements into the registration, abstract submission, or website builder. A clear recommendation for anyone looking to work efficiently and get things done quickly.

EventsAir allows us to manage virtually every aspect of our events within a single platform — from registration and abstract submission to hotel bookings and beyond. The user interface is intuitive and well-structured, which significantly shortens the onboarding time for new team members. Most colleagues are able to familiarize themselves with the key workflows within just a few days.

The abstract submission portal offers limited configuration options, which occasionally requires implementing workarounds that may not be entirely robust. Additionally, the website builder currently feels somewhat underdeveloped and lacks flexibility. However, I've heard that improvements are already underway, and I'm hopeful that future updates will address these issues.

Overall it's a convenient software and the team is great to work with.

Some thing to improve is definitely the speaker bio on Mobile App...

One stop management for all events.

I like how EA teams always listen and improve the platform. Whenever i have an issue, the team will respond quickly with a solution.

The EA team also will review and improve the platform to make it better.

For functionality, i like that flexibility it offers and create a lot of possibility for our team and the clients.

Not having Presentation integrated in the comprehensive reporting.

Mobile App can be done a bit better

EventsAir has been an efficient tool for all our conferences. We have easy access to the backend technicians when we do require any assistance.

Data and information is a click away. Data can easily be collected and/or exported. Data is true. Information is easily accessible for a long time.

I do not have any at this time . For now, we are happy with the platform

Overall, we really enjoy using Events Air. We have trialed other services, but Events Air always seems to come out on top. I would use any other service as Events Air provides (almost) everything we need!

Events Air is so easy to use yet has a lot of features that allows us to provide so much detail in our event registrations.
The Events Air team are always on hand to help when issues arise and are often able to fix them very promptly.
The team have also worked with our company to develop certain aspects of EA, to improve the efficiency specifically for us as a business. This is a very important type of service to have, and I know we all appreciate it.

There are some missing features (like having a transfer section similar to accommodation and travel), that would make it even better for us when organizing our events. For now, we use the functions tab, but a dedicated transfer section would be fantastic!
The system does sometimes freeze and we all lose access every now and then. Improving whatever causes this and reducing how often it happens, would definitely be an advantage as it would save us wasted time.

Overall, I find the EventsAir technology solution to be exceptional and highly effective in its purpose.

- Flexibility in choosing a payment gateway has been removed, which is an inconvenience and limiting

Overall, if EventsAir was a car, it would be a Lamborghini! It has been an amazing partner for our events, but pricing is something that has troubled us greatly, as it becomes increasingly expensive to use.

- It covers literally every aspect of an event organization
- The support is good and helpful, the response time is good
- the front end environment is user-friendly and easy to navigate
- the payment gateways work properly

- it often presents bugs in various operations
- custom developments can be done only via public API so it's not easy for companies that do not have advanced IT personnel to customize their operations.
- It has become extremely expensive in comparison to the past 4 years. the increase is very difficult to digest financially.

Overall, I am a huge fan of EA! I have used other platforms (ie c vent) and was very happy the day I went back to EA!

I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself.

I wish they had was the ability to see the app in real time and edit as you go. Having to open a new window on my desktop computer as well, isn't always accurate to the app experience.
Additionally, I wish there was a way to quickly report on who receieved which emails. The only options are on the individual's profile, or if you remembered to as a Tag Code and pull a comprehensive report filtering by the tag code. So, there are ways to get the information, it's just not as easy as the other features in EA.

I appreciate the customer service response to tickets I have submitted. Any issues in the program typically get addressed and fixed with update releases. I originally started with Peopleware back in the early 2000's which transitioned over time to the amazing EventsAir platform.

EventsAir offers a number of modules to build a platform that meets your needs and functions well. Very customizable and user friendly!

The things I didn't like have been addressed through frequent updates.
