    Summary

    Cyfe can be used in any type of company, large or small. It is relatively easy to use and can be accessed and used by anyone without any knowledge. This software is perfect for marketing agencies like ours and seeks that each client or each user has the greatest possible economy when configuring and empowering all their social networks and dashboards. We have used this software as a way for analysis information to our clients and as a way for production in the form of project thanks to the monitoring that we create from our dashboard to be able to share each link with our marketing department and with our clients.

    Positive

    With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. They have many integrations, although we can not see them directly, but looking well in depth we can find everything we need.

    Negative

    We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most.

    Finding an application that provides information of any area which has a database to analyze and that you cannot specify in detail what results you want to find is discouraging. However, the application provides an ability to audit any area you wish to analyze.

    Positive

    Its features include the possibility of monitoring in any area or department of the company such as: administration, customer service, purchasing and sales, among others. In addition to its ease of use, it also provides functions to customize widgets such as Twitter, Facebook, Wordpress and Alexa to be present in any channel.

    Negative

    This program offers an analysis of all the data collected in the different areas you want to know in depth, but does not offer data filtering to specify in detail what we want to look for to get results. In addition, it does not have any kind of visual analysis or graphical presentation of the collected data.

    Cyfe leaves much to be desired in terms of sample results, as it allows us to monitor in real time but at the end of the day it does not have detailed reports in case of any irregularity in IT matters. However, if you want to have a sharpening of auditing and monitoring in any business area, this application is highly recommended.

    Positive

    Cyfe has allowed us to be in constant monitoring in the areas where computer activity is performed, since it offers us to manage a constant monitoring within the organization. On each device we can see in real time what is being processed on that computer. In turn, in case of technical support, the application allows us to install Widgets such as Wordpress or Alexa as a channel for reports.

    Negative

    We have some problems in terms of results; one of them is not having a result that is graphically represented after an analysis. As for your daily or monthly reports that we can get from the application we do not have a detailed description of any specific item analyzed, the data throws them in a general way only.

    Cyfe's artificial intelligence is suitable for managing networks

    Based on the fact that Cyfe contains a mode entirely for working from the TV via the internet, we have concluded that the platform is excellent when it comes to displaying reports within meetings, with information being updated approximately every 30 seconds or less depending on the configuration used.

    Positive

    Due to the highly customizable Cyfe's activity wall, it is completely possible to edit all the historical operations of each marketing process that has been carried out since a specific date, through the main work screen, showing us that we can have a quick command of all our information.

    Negative

    Customers can generate their own reports about the sales operations they execute with us, but these cannot be edited afterwards before being published in our domain, which leads to not being able to avoid negative opinions from customers who are not satisfied with our service. The solution has been to disable the API so that they cannot generate reports.
