PositiveUser friendly design and easy to implement. Like the overall functionality and believe it can add a lot of value to the end client relationship if deployed correctly. The new detailed summary reports are much better and far more actionable.
NegativeWould like to see the inclusion of BRC's (Business Reply Card) as a response vehicle for envelope packages. This adds credibility to the primary piece (letter/infographic and typically captures all the various response mechanisms, which may pr may not be on the primary piece (but certainly should be).
