DMARC Report is super easy to get up and running, and the reporting is clear and helpful. I like that it gives me straightforward insights into who’s sending email on behalf of my domain and whether those messages are passing or failing DMARC checks. On the flip side, the interface feels a bit clunky and could use a refresh. The documentation isn’t always detailed enough, so troubleshooting can take longer than I’d like. I also wish it had more advanced features and integrations to match some of the other tools out there. Overall, it does the job well, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I really do like the product. It does what we need and does it well. What i liked about this over other products is that its really just trying to do what is most complaint and not just a reporting interface. There is a number of tools to help us along.

It works reliably and has the functionality that we need to utilize it. It has grown alot over time and is encompassing of our needs for both our internal and customer needs. I have been very happy with the product and support. The hosted dmarc and mta-sts is great!

The reporting across tenants is okay. I really wish it was easier to see overview of all domains with more information on the settings we have to update them.

While my overall experience with DMARC Report has been positive, there is one area that could use improvement: user management from an MSP perspective. As a managed service provider, efficiently managing multiple client accounts and user permissions is crucial. Unfortunately, DMARC Report's user management system can be somewhat cumbersome.

The platform lacks advanced features for streamlined user administration, making it challenging to manage access and permissions across various client accounts. This can lead to inefficiencies and added complexity when handling multiple domains or clients simultaneously. A more robust user management system with granular control over user roles and permissions would significantly enhance the platform's usability for MSPs.

Despite this drawback, DMARC Report remains a valuable tool for email security, and I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.

At first I had to realize how little experience I had with email records and learned a lot quickly.

I've been using DMARC Report for about 15 months now. I'm an agency and white label their services to my clients. The API is easy to use, and for those that don't know how to integrate an API, they have widgets that generate reports that can be used in an iFrame.

Support is great. I needed help the other day. It took 3 minutes for the first support person to respond, it got escalated, and that took about 10 minutes.

Very happy to recommend this product. This works, its simple to use. Clear reports and clear demonstration that it protected the email.

This was simple to setup as there were clear instructions. It also works and disseminate quickly. I used verifying tools to ensure that the DMARC was working correctly. This worked well, as the weekly reports then came in with clear attempts from people trying to impersonate my account.

Sometimes the instructions can be a bit more clearer to the non-coder or non user.

The MTA-STS for example - I found it really difficult to setup, and after the second attempt I got afraid to actually go through with it all as if done incorrectly would result in email failure.

It has been a great experience so far. I feel more comfortable with the whole DMARC reporting issue and feel comfortable knowing this helps to protect my domain's email reputation.

Easy to setup DMARC reporting for any domain. It takes you step by step through what you need to do. It provides you with regular reporting on the domain.

There was nothing in particular I disliked. DMARC reporting can be a bit complex for non-technical users but they guide you through everything.

True story: DMARC Report has allowed me to identify someone who was actively spoofing one of my clients.

Navigation within the dashboards is sometimes a bit fussy. nothing too serious, but it sometimes takes too many clicks to get from A to B.

Honestly, I can’t say enough great things about DMARC Report! I purchased this tool so that I could transfer my reports from someone else to monitor myself. Upon transfer, I immediately noticed an issue showing up on the reports with my DNS/DMARC records. I had someone else monitoring and was a little surprised I hadn’t been notified of an issue. I put a call out for help to people in my community (as I don’t really comprehend this DMARC/DNS stuff). I had 3 people test my records with their tools and all came back green/ok, but DMARC report did not, and so I kept pushing for more opinions. Finally someone figured out that my CNAME was broken on the back end, which meant everything looked fine and validated on the surface, but because the CNAME was actually broken, my records were not actually compliant.
Not all tools are equal, and had it not been for DMARC Report, who knows how long I would have had broken records- without knowing, since regular tools reported everything as ok. This could have potentially killed my business, as 80% of my business is through email marketing, and this error was killing my domain reputation without me even knowing. I am so thankful for this tool and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone doing email marketing!
I would like to add that their support also impressed me! I had to reach out numerous times and each time I had a response within hours (usually 1-3 hours), and if they couldn’t find a solution I was escalated to the appropriate department/team, and always had a response (and most times a solution) within 24 hours! They are kind and courteous, and helped to explain things that I did not understand. This is such a great product that is higher level than most tools that are similar out there, with incredible support response time and excellent customer service!

Very easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to navigate. Their customer service is also incredible with quick response times and they are focused on solving your issue/query quickly.

There's not really anything I don't like. Sometimes when logging in I get an error/glitch, but a refresh solves this issue.

It's really easy to use, has separate reports for our clients, and you can white label as well for each of our clients reports.
