A user friendly product, which meets FMEA guidelines in various industries, good support and very price competitive. Not for nothing this product is used worldwide in large market leading automotive and aerospace companies.

I train the DataLyzer FMEA software. As a trainer I can confirm, that our templates, features and the user-friendliness of the software guide and help the user to follow the correct FMEA guidelines and criteria. Thanks our FMEA, they can make the right risk analysis and avoid getting stuck.

Sometimes users struggle to transition at first. It is inherent in human beings to resist changes.

Datalyzer FMEA, besides facilitating the risk analysis in the process, allows to implement in a very simple and intuitive way the requirements of the new FMEA AIAG & VDA methodology. It also links the common information of the processes allowing a more effective control.

Its graphical interface allows a global approach to the analyzed process, as well as its respective failure modes, effects and the causes that cause such failure modes, allowing to identify in a very simple way the causes that need to be eliminated or controlled in the process.

One of the main problems that I have observed throughout my experience as an instructor for the automotive industry, has been the lack of linkage of information that should be common in 3 of the most important documents of the process, which causes the lack of controls to eliminate or reduce the risk of failures, putting at risk the safety and functionality of those who buy a vehicle or even causing significant losses to these companies by waste or reworked material.

I would like a more robust graphical interface in the Process Flow Diagram.

We are satisfied with the product and with the after-sales service provided by DataLyzer. It has been an important improvement in our quality system.

What I liked the most is that it is a very intuitive program. I also highlight as very positive the option of transversalization through document adoptions. The service for questions or doubts with Bruno and Charlaine has always been excellent.

At the beginning we had quite a few problems with the installation of the program. I also don't like the fact that the updates are not automatic.

I would recommend this software if you want to fill FMEAs, CPs, and process flows the easiest way. You do not need to fill every single one of them separately, as the main body is ready with only one click.

It is a user-friendly software with good opportunities. The platform is easy to use, and the document connections make it easy to fill out the documents. The service is excellent, they are available when you need help and able to help perfectly.

When there are several FMEAs and you want to use the "Save as" function, it does not let to save on the same name that you already have. It would be a good idea to ask if you want to overwrite the already existed one despite of not letting it to be saved.

I am well please with the product offering, the software does what I require, maintaining schedules and record keeping is a nightmare of the past.

Firstly I would like to say I appreciated the personal business touch, were the product specialist gets in touch with you, to understand your specific business requirements and then partnerships working together on the solution, from conceptual, deployment, training and hand-over.
The customizing and carry-over of existing data is efficiently dealt with.

From the service and using the product, currently there has not been an aspect or item that I can say I don't like.
