Ease of back and forth with potential clients/investors. Diligence is a key pain point in the M&A process and features like this allow time to be saved.

Adaptability, and ability to convince other members of a deal team to use it especially when deal timelines are tight. This may not be the fault of the program and could be just a timing factor the longer the feature is available.

Overall I would highly recommend this platform for due diligence in M&A processes. It also has a very reliable support.

Datasite has the most intuitive platform and the best customer service (available 24/7) compared to any other virtual data room provider which I have used.

The service is expensive, and leaves little room for flexibility if projects go over the expected timeframe.
