I'm a user of Datasite Diligence and I like the ease of use of the VDR and the possibility to preview documents before downloads, even large excel files. In addition, downloads are fast and VDR index is fully compatible with Windows address path names.

It is very easy to use and the redaction AI tool is great for when large volumes of documents need redacting. Additionally, the feature which allows you to see the most recent documents uploaded is very useful and it is quick and easy to preview and download documents.
