Excellent CRM for MacUser
Date: Jan 12 2022SummaryIn the beginning I thought, that Daylite is too big for our small company and the time needed for filling all the information in is too high, which is in fact true for all CRM software. Once started it proved to be very time saving and I can't imagine running all those projects without Daylite anymore. I work on at a least three times more projects than before starting to use Daylite!
Daylite can be fostered with add ons from various sources and I highly recommend looking at the Plugin Centre made by iOSXperts. They will boost your productivity to a whole other level.PositiveVery intuitive solution, robust with Mail integration that works like a charm. I never miss anything out along the project line or forget to react to an inquiry anymore.
NegativeWe have worked with really many different CRMs (cloud based or on premise). There may be better CRMs for large corporations on the market, but for our normal sized company they were all too time consuming or not controllable enough. I really can't think of any downside, except that Windows users are left out.

A web version is currently being developed with the "Daylite+" plugin from iOSXperts, which may allow work via a browser as well. With that, everyone will then be on board.
