Very easy to set up , upload and share documents confidentially in an efficient manner. You don't even have to download a document in order to view it.

1. Offers a free trial to test out the program.
2. User friendly.
3. Other VDRs are more complicated and expansive than need be.

DealRoom is one of the best, if not the best data room I have used, and I've had experience with 7-10.

DealRoom features an easy to use interface, with all the the extra features I want, from being able to download documents with the index number and name intact or being able to filter by "new."

Occasionally, if a batch download is too large the index number and names do not correctly download, but this is rare.

Very clean - very easy. DealRoom makes things easier for users and I would highly recommend on future transactions.

The product's interface is clean and intuitive - saves me time when I need to search for data items.

I would suggest the site opens up to the data room rather than the process or blank areas of the particular data site I was utilizing.

My experience has been fantastic. DealRoom has helped to streamline and maximize efficiency in areas of my job that were formerly very cumbersome.

DealRoom has made project management between different agencies a breeze. The portal is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to log in and immediately begin working on projects without a learning curve.

There really isn't much to like with DealRoom. The only thing I would want more out of the platform is the ability to track progress on items that are outstanding.

This product does exactly what you would expect. The product is intuitive and flexible. Even my team members who are "technically challenged" caught on how to use this very quickly.

Any questions I had were answered in real time or close to it. When I asked about making a technical change to the system I was pleasantly surprised with a 24 hour turn around time from their engineers.

The only thing I would expand on would be instructions related to comment security. At the same time all my questions were answered in a live chat.

Positive on the whole but perhaps missing some of the additional features that larger VDRs have.
Would be recommending alongside other datarooms to be considered for RFPs.

Dealroom completely changed the way we do deals. It’s an amazing collaborative software. I love how you can leave comments on each individual file so that other functions can see them. It like using Facebook, which is easy and intuitive.

The Visibility feature is awesome too. You can filter the eyes that can see certain files and deals.

It has end to end capabilities and saves us a lot of costs with its VDR functionality.

I would highly recommend this to any M&A practitioners.

It’s cloud-based and real-time for easy collaboration. Being able to leave messages inside the documents is awesome.

Our team was using excel sheets before we found Dealroom. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Learning it is not that difficult and adapting to it is one of the best things that has ever happened to our team.

Overall a good, solid experience. Nothing incredible, but certainly nothing to complain about. Price was a little high for the volume of activity on our site. Might be a better value for heavier users.

Highly Collaborative. So far this is the best platform I have ever used when it comes to team collaboration.

There were no cons I could think of when using DealRoom, and you will understand what I mean here when you get to use this.

DealRoom is a well designed product from the customer experience to the backend that handles processing time other features such as uploading. I am very impressed with this product.

Very intuitive interface makes locating and downloading documents very easy. In addition, the new document notification and proactive features of DealRoom is fantastic. I have been dealing with virtual data rooms since their inception, and I am really impressed with this product.
