    Lousy Customer Service

    Date: Nov 24 2022
    Summary

Terrible customer service, out of date in the day of tech, would and will advise others not to use it.

    Positive

Not a thing. My whole experience with Deluxe has been a headache from start to finish! Can't wait to wrap up the current fiasco and never use them again.

    Negative

Banks and Credit Unions may not want to accept the plain paper printed checks. And all the support at Deluxe will do is tell you to have the teller call their 800 number. Hello, they don't refuse it because they don't think it's real, they refuse it because they don't accept plain paper checks!

    DPXPAY

    Date: Jun 02 2022
    Summary

Use Zelle or Cash App or even PayPal and I hate PayPal. It's slow. There is no customer service. Horrible platform.

    Positive

Not having to share my account number.

    Negative

Slower than any p2p payment system (though they claim to be faster) It's like ACH in slow motion.
