Updated: Apr 12 2023SummaryThe experience is very good so far. We majorly use the Intent Data, Intalltech data and the direct + mobile numbers. Nothing to complain. Our internal database is very comprehensive at 135Mn+ - and yet we get a super lot of value from Klarity!
PositiveThe product is very user friendly! Easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for! Love the unique features - For e.g. you can find the prospects and accounts that have been " Active " recently. You can find which accounts are hot and more likely to respond to your outreach . Our marketing team uses the third party Intent data from Klarity and marries it with our internal first party Intent data - and the resulting traction on our campaigns is above industry standards - so that says a lot about the Klarity data quality! The team loves the availability of direct and mobile numbers and the installtech data! Nothing to dislike so far. Great arsenal to have on your side.
NegativeThe new launch has beautifully taken care of whatever little nuts and bolts that had to be tightened from the earlier version. No complaints.
