Haven't used it very long but so far so good. We only have the basic program but it has been a great help in coordinating our dispatching

Ease of use, drivers are able to plan there day easily and enjoy the simplicity .photo option has been helpful.

Some drivers would prefer to know what is planed for the next day.

I would recommend Detrack to other similar businesses. It's a very cost effective logistics software.

* Integration with MYOB average. Only drags invoices across into Detrak, not orders. We need it to drag orders.

Overall in terms of performance and system are on the par, quite complete system which All in one. The only thing is always direct to old version, apart from that, everything is good to me, and for sure I will recommend for those who want this delivery system management software.

The only issue is that sometimes when I enter the address, it doesn't display the exact location on the map. I have to go back to the map and adjust the location to ensure my route for the day is accurate.

Simple interface and easy to use! Easy navigation of software overall and customer service is helpful.

So far have not discovered anything we do not like or would wish to change.

Top application. Would recommend to any logistics based firm. customers really enjoy most aspects of what Detrack has to offer customer wise.

GREAT!! The Detrack software and app is the easiest to use. One of my older employees was worried about whether he could learn the system or not.; but he is very impressed with the ease of the system.

I like the GPS, the EPOD, etc to give real time updates to our customers. Customer service and support has been so great since this is my first time using this software.

The ability for our customers to track their delivery, view images of the delivered product, and know that our packages have arrived safely and securely has meant our own customer reviews have skyrocketed which in turn has generated an increase in 15% of new business in the past 3 months.
It is so easy for us to upload our website orders and be able to quickly and accurately communicate with drivers and the courier team.

Haven't encountered any issues although I do sometimes worry what would happen if the internet was to go down!

The setup and onboarding phase was really quick as my company has a small in-house delivery fleet. The vehicles were added with just a download of the app and scanning of the QR code/input of Detrack ID which was quick and simple. Start and end depots, locations, working hours, maximum capacity etc. were saved. Delivery Jobs were imported using an excel template and routes were optimized easily with multiple route optimization. However as our delivery staff were accustomed to certain areas in Singapore, we requested for a feature update of a visual representation of unassigned jobs on the map where our planner can select and assign jobs from there. Detrack took about a week or so to launch a working Beta feature and it works well. Currently trying to work with integration with our e-commerce website to push delivery info straight into Detrack to eliminate manual input.

Onboarding and setup was quick and easy. Dashboard is easy to navigate and understand. POD functions are simple and straightforward to use and provides live feedback/notifications to the receiver/dispatcher. Support staff is very helpful in answering enquiries as well as responding to feedbacks and feature improvements. Route optimization is decent with single and multiple routes options. Integration with e-commerce websites through available API connector cuts down manual data entry.

Perfect solution for our company's needs and app interface is easy to use for all users of all age group.

The app interface is user-friendly for users of all age group which means minimal training is required for usage among a pool of drivers.

The online portal could do with a new look. Currently there are two versions of the online portal and both have their different pros and cons. It can be messy as a result thus i would recommend a merger between the two versions.

Overall, the pricing model has to be the best available for the full feature set that is available. Drivers have a clear view of what they need to do on a daily basis. Transport team have an accurate overview of where drivers are and can quickly update them with any changes to jobs they're currently allocated.

The interface across both desktop and mobile is easy to use. It's helped us to simplify and streamline our logistics management within our business. Being able to update our drivers with information whilst they're out on the go from one centralised platform is brilliant. It's also helped us to continue with our digital first scheme to reduce delivery paperwork and overall printing.

So far in the time we've been using this application we've not experience any issues. It just works!
A small feature request would be to allow drivers a forward view into the following days schedule, but this would be a bonus.

Overall, it is affordably priced, easy to use, and effective. Integrations are good and the customer support is well-rounded.

The interface is relatively user friendly. The product is easy to set up, initial setup took less than 15 minutes. Integrates well with Zapier.

Despite the manual adjustments that needs to be done after each optimization, it is still a user friendly software that can be picked up easily.

Good user interface on both Detrack and Elastic Route. The use of colours in Elastic Route made it easy to identify the routes of each vehicle. Manual transferring of jobs between drivers and runs is also a breeze. The feature is Detrack as a proof of delivery are very well thought through - signature, photo, QR code, bar code, they're all available.

Optimization is not as good. When time limit are used, more vehicles than necessary are assigned, making it necessary to adjust routes every time.
