    This product has saved our team a lot of time over the past few months, and it can’t be beaten for the price.

    Positive

    -Really easy for our customers to use. We collect close to 200 waivers each month and were having trouble getting this done once the pandemic hit. The process has become more efficient than ever with OnTask. Being able to just send customers a link and have access to their forms after has been a game-changer for us.
    -Being able to find all signed waivers
    -The reminder feature so that we aren’t spending time chasing people down

    Negative

    -Setting up forms and workflows can be time-consuming if you don’t know your way around the product.
    -You have to have the business package for custom branded emails

    OnTask has been a great tool for our company. We are looking to use it for more of our processes like RFPs and invoices in the near future.

    This application has been easy to implement throughout our organization, and has sped up a lot of our processes. Creating the workflows has been easy, and our clients enjoy having the ability to sign their contracts digitally now.

    When we first started using the application there were some glitches, but the support team was great about helping us get them resolved in a timely manner.

    Enjoying Using OnTask in our HR Department!

    Summary

    OnTask has become an asset to my HR team over the past few months. We’re planning to use it to collect I-9 forms and employee info during onboarding in the near future. I’m grateful I found this product when I did!

    Getting HR documents completed with most of our employees working remote after COVID had become a struggle. OnTask has helped us immensely with this problem. Now we’re able to send a link out to employees to fill out their PTO requests and performance appraisals.

    It took some time to get some of our team members on board for such a big process change, but now everyone is enjoying how easy it is.

    We had some trouble getting set-up at first, but the support team at OnTask helped me set up our workflows to get started. They were very responsive and checked in with me before we launched anything to make sure we were on the right track. Once you’re set up, it’s really easy to send forms.

    It can be overwhelming at first, but once you learn the basics it’s easy to navigate the platform.
