Great produce at a great price. Free trial, so nothing to lose by trying. Support gets back to you, often within the hour and if you've encountered a small bug, with a fix. I've used this for 10 years to run a small charity and never been unhappy with it.

Receipts, letters, etc are formatted with formatting codes which can be a little intimidating. Examples are provided and can be modified to suit. Support will also help but if you're only familiar with WYSIWUG it'll take some figuring

Regardless of the size of your organization, I highly recommend using this product. Depending on your work flow , you can enter the weekly information directly on the computer. Quarterly and annual reports can be printed, emailed or both very easily. I had trouble setting it up the way I wanted. Following an e-mail I got a call and was instructed exactly what to do. The support is unbelievable. I will be passing this on to someone else at the end of this year and I'm sure they will be able to move forward with no problem .

Donarius has features that are useful for most organizations without demanding that you use them all. You can use just a subset very easily. The program is well written and the support beyond fantastic. I get a rapid response to my e-mails and can even get on the phone.

I really can't think of a single Con. That's the absolute truth. I could do a lot more with it but for our purposes it just isn't necessary.

Of all the software packages we have tried for our Church, we decided on Donarius, as it not only provides what we need (actually more!), but it is priced right! This easy to learn software is a bargain, and proved to be the best for our needs. When the time comes to train a new user, it will be no problem to show them how to use the program. Thanks Nuverb!

Ease of use and the robust user interface are just a few of the reasons Donarius is "top shelf" software for our Church. Another key fact is the software is LOCAL to the PC which is what we want, and backups are easily handled. The reports we can generate are quite handy too, and are included in our financial meetings.

None found as of yet. There are many levels of use to the software that we have not utilized yet due to the size of our Church, but we are growing!
