Overall, a great app to have access to on your phone for when you travel or aren't wanting to cook at home!

Door Dash offers such a variety of restaurants. I appreciate the easy access to a great meal that this service provides.

The service fees can be really expensive and sometimes cause me to not place an order.

I personally don't think it is worth the double amount of money just to have food brought to me, but if you are okay with that then I would totally suggest using DoorDash.

The best part about DoorDash is that you can still make sure you eat food during the day even if you are super busy and can't leave due to professional or personal reasons. The food is brought right to you!

It is quite expensive to get the food due to taxes, fees and tips. To get a simple $10 meal it could cost up to $20 after tip.

DoorDash support and drivers are all great people who deserve to get paid for the work that is put in. They are quick efficient and well worth working for

I love the fact I can work whenever I want. When money is tight I can go work and make money. This job is great for anyone wanting freedom in their schedule.

The app at times is very slow to load. Other apps will be loading fine, but this one will be slow.

This software is great but depending on the driver it could give you a bad or good experience. I have been on both sides of app as far as driver and user. As a driver contacting customer support they will always take the side of the customer.

Customer service is hard to understand sometime because they are not in America. Customer service will also take their time when it comes to them resolving and issue. As a driver this is frustrating because you want to make money and get to the next delivery.

As long as you're okay with the fees, DoorDash is a pretty convenient way to get food delivered to your place.

The company I worked for used to have DoorDash cater lunch for us several times a week. I'm pretty sure it was DoorDash because there would be little business cards with its logo, in partnership with various eateries.

They seemed to be punctual, and delivered on time. The variety of food was pretty good too.

This is more on the entire food delivery gig industry, but there have been news articles about DoorDash drivers being sent to restaurants that aren't open.

Great and I recommend people to try using it if they need to order food but don't have time or unable to pick it up.

Super easy we use we order meals from local restaurants. They have a mobile app that makes it super easy too.

They've done a pretty good job overall with this app.
