I have had a really positive initial experience with DoorLoop due to Berj’s guidance setting up the software. I am happy to continue using this software with Berj as my point person!

Berj has taken so much time to carefully answer all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the software and has gone above and beyond to help me sort out the issues I was having when setting up the lease.

Nothing! Berj is amazing! I have nothing negative to say about Berj or DoorLoop.

DoorLoop makes every small, tedious task in real estate so much easier to manage. The software is very user friendly and complete task 100%.

With Doorloop, we are able to create a single invoice from all of our vendors/contractors. It makes life so much easier and has solved the issues we faced in Quickbooks.

Nothing, I love it so far and can only hope everyone else I show it to loves it just as much.

They are very focused on property management which I needed. I wasn’t looking for the one-size-fits-all approach.

The software is pretty good overall. The customer support is outstanding and the price is good for what you get. I have used it on my personal rentals and some of my investment units as well with no issues. This is not my full-time job, so I enjoy how much of my business can be automated from rent collection, listings, lease renewals, deadlines, and such.

There is a lot that this software offers which is great if you are a larger business, unlike myself.

We’re so happy we made the switch and chose to use DoorLoop for managing our leases. The integrations are fantastic and it does so much more than any other PMS.

We highly recommend DoorLoop for any property management company. It's a one-stop-shop for any manager that wants to streamline the leasing process and increase their profits.

We had to manually switch all the information from our previous software onto DoorLoop. It took the team a while to accomplish this, as there’s no streamline to do this. Was worth it in the end.

DoorLoop has been a great addition to our business. The team was able to help us have an awesome and smooth transition that is customized to our company and all of the features we need at a fraction of the price compared to other software out there.

We had to make a decision fast, so we decided on Doorloop because it was affordable and had all of the features we needed.

We previously tried a different software that was boring and hard to navigate. We started looking for alternatives and found Doorloop. We've been using it for a few months now and it’s been a real delight. We had to switch because our previous software didn't have the features we needed.

Has a lot of more features than our last software, so it did take us a good while to learn and get used to. Though I should mention, the team was very helpful and supportive through the process.

A great software comparable to the larger players that haven’t done anything in years. Great for my work.

We were using another software for a year and a half before switching to DoorLoop. The other software was SO complicated and they kept raising their prices, so we made the switch to DoorLoop – and I’m so glad we did.

Can’t find anything wrong with it yet, and hoping I won’t.

There are learning curves and issues with all programs... the attitudes are demonstrating a real effort and desire to solve the questions.

Thank you for your quick reopens to my questions. Its uncommon to have such a quick response and everyone is trying to help me solve my questions and learn the program.

All new programs have problems and learning curves.. some of my questions required response.. and sometime chatting is not the answer... but overall very satisfied.

TEN STARS! If you don't like DoorLoop, the problem isn't with the software! And it doesn't hurt that they hire people with really great accents! :-D

This team is FANTASTIC! From the initial demo to the on-boarding and continued support, they have been FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier that I made the change to switch from my previous provider!

The only thing that I have found that it doesn't do, they've added to the checklist to add in the near future! THEY LISTEN!

Using any new technology takes time to get used to, but overall I am pleased with the experience. The customer service is definitely my favorite part about DoorLoop so far, as well as the really nice design of the platform.

The team at DoorLoop is quick to answer my emails, and find solutions to any questions I have. The website is user friendly and aesthetically appealing.

I would like to see more usability and features like being able to add a payment and match it to a charge on the same page without going back to a new page to enter the charge. Or if you are on a specific vendor's page, and you click "add expense" it asks you to specify the vendor again, seems like that should be inferred. When you are entering expenses, it would be nice if there was a save and new button. Then instead of closing out of the expenses page, you could click save and new instead of save and close, and a new expense page would populate so you could add additional expenses without an extra step of going back to the expense page from the dashboard.

For the first time i have really enjoyed working to improve my productivity with a software. The process was simple and easy. You don't need to have some technical knowledge to operate it.

I'm blown away by how easy, powerful and useful the application is. Definitely 10x better than buildium. And so much better than appfolio which was our initial choice, and a product we were willing to pay for until we found Doorloop. We can see profit & loss reports per property. We can maintain double-entry accounting accuracy. Doorloop comes pre-built with many reports we can use out of the box. They did most of the hard work for us which we really appreciated.

Nothing much at the moment the software behaved very well and we love how it operates.

None that I could find yet, but I still have much to learn. Happy with the software because it added some productivity on my business.

Time-saver. I have saved so much time using DoorLoop and no software compares for residential and commercial real estate that can do both equally well. My residential tenants are very happy with the convenience and pay me online using their credit card while my commercial tenants pay with echeck. The support team is quick to respond and resolve any questions I've had.

None so far but I'm still learning the platform more and more each day.

Other companies did not have the same accounting features while also being easy to work with. Doorloop was simple and convenient to use while offering more than other similar software.

• I was able to work remotely and collect more rent courtesy of this software
• The software also allows me to automate everything, increase efficiency and most importantly stay protected.

We are still using Quickbooks, but it was inevitable. No one can do expense categorization or employee paychecks.

This is going to make our lives so much easier. Look forward to converting all of our properties online. This is our first time going web based and we couldn't have picked a more user friendly system. Thank you to my onboarding agent, Berj, for getting us set up!

They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup.

I have no real concerns as of right now but can't imagine having many (if any).

Overall it’s been a great and seamless experience. My only regret is not setting it up any sooner. I heavily postponed my decision to get any software and I now regret it after seeing how much easier it’s made managing my rental units.

The support is excellent, they answer all my many questions, and made training and onboarding easier than expected. I’ve been very pleased with how everything’s going so far.

Nothing yet but it’s still too early to tell as we haven’t used the system for more than a few months.

I was getting frustrated and even considered paying someone to develop my own software, but then I found Doorloop. It's like they read my mind! It has everything I need including the ability for me to add more features as my business grows.

We have a small property business with about 15 different residential buildings that we manage, so I was searching for an online scheduling system that would allow me to customize it to my needs and wouldn’t break the bank.

I just wish I found it sooner! Would have saved me a great deal of time.

One of the best things that we did was to embrace Doorloop software into our system. Things have changed for the better and we love this.

The software comes fully packed with lots of features such as tenant screening, online payment. Owners portal, property lister, and more. Installing the software does not require many protocols. I also love the price they charge because it doesn’t break my bank account.

We made many steps after initiating this program. From that time till now we have not seen any difficulties.

It really allows us to be more effective, productive and organized with our time and work. We were able to save time and concentrate on other important business objectives.

I love DoorLoop for my team! It is an AMAZING software that has made our lives so much easier, especially in managing our properties and tracking everything that is going on.
