I liked using the Doximity Application

    Date: Jun 07 2022
    Summary

I work at the VA and do't have a lot of experience with these application. But one thing is certain, I disliked the alternative application that was available to us because the competing application was difficult for both me and my patients to use. Doximity was far superior despite my inability to use my call a line line on the Doximity application.

    Positive

It was easy for patients to connect to the video call via their cell phone.. They did not need an email address. Patients only needed to have messaging on their phone and be taught how to use the text messaging app..Pts did not require a passcode to respond to my text message.

    Negative

I could not call a patient's landline using the Doximity app while at work.; But I could call a landline from the Doximity app on my cell phone. The phone connect button to landlines did not work. I could not send text messages or leave a message on a land line.
