PositiveThere are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest.
NegativeOverall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder.

Build Out of the Box
Date: Jun 02 2021SummaryAdding another software to an already large stack only creates more potential problems than the amount of problems the software can solve. I'm a big advocate for "less is more." The more centralized information can be with fewer tools to integrate the better. Marketing automation needs less things that can break, unless you have the staff to constantly monitor automation and can fix issues extremely fast.
PositiveTheir good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people.
NegativeThe only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack.
