The platform covers all the bases for drone operations and saves a lot of time in mission planning. All information is in one place: currency hours, certification expiry warnings, and all the other small details that could be overlooked on a manual system.

The only negative aspect I can think of is that it launches a new tab when logging in, but in the grand scheme of things, an extra browser tab is no issue.

Some PDF's with images don't save properly and the design could be modernised it feels a bit clunky sometimes

Anyone running a drone business will need everything Dronedesk does, from researching and scoping a job, to notifying interested parties, publishing a flight report and acknowledging all the associated risk considerations and documenting everything. Everyone should be doing all this and Dronedesk makes it simple and effective to do it. Highly recommended, I've been using it since it was launched.

The ease of use to logically research, plan and then log a drone flight is done very well, with the reassurance that all necessary records have been properly recorded whenever there is a CAA audit (I have an audit and Dronedesk made the process much less onerous than it would have been!)

It's not cheap, but you get what you paid for and possibly if it cost less the support would not be as prompt.

Fantastic tool that has revolutionised how we manage our operations and make me feel comfortable that I do not have to worry about a sudden CAA audit. I can pull any of the data I will need with a click. If it's not there, then that's because I have not entered it - and not because Dronedesk had not given me the option.

There are no cons - as the Dronedesk team is ultra-responsive. Any development requests - if they make sense - are implemented in a timely fashion. So if you truly find something that you would consider "cons" - just let them know and I bet they rectify it.

The only minor drawback we've experienced is that the address pinpointing isn't always 100% accurate. Occasionally requiring manual adjustment to ensure the correct location is selected. It's a small issue in the grand scheme of things and doesn’t take away from how efficient and useful the platform is overall.

Very nice and I bet the upgrades will be nice. I look forward to seeing upgrades as they develop. Maybe make it easier to transition between categories and auto save

I like the Client list, location ID, the Quote and Paid Invoice part. It would be nice if more things were "default" i would like to see the Load Sheet work better

Not only does Dronedesk save huge amounts of time but it generates incredible comprehensive RAMS documents and so much more. Fanatical support and constant upgrades too.

Fully comprehensive drone operations SaaS platform for commercial drone operations. Generates fully comprehensive RAMS documents, allows invoicing/media management and plenty of other features.

There's a small learning curve but it's so much easier than spreadsheets and give 1,000 times better results!

The automated pre site survey, weather reports, NOTAMS and airspace users, integration to other platforms and the production of flight reports.

The lack of analysis/stats per project that would enable us to compare actual flight times compared to quotes. Otherwise not a lot

Overall I'm very happy with Dronedesk, they make job planning very easy and much quicker, price has gone up considerably since I first joined but lots of new features and improvements have been made in that time also.

I like having everything together under one umbrella, planning is made quick and easy and it even prompts you if you need to contact NATs etc.

Finding what you want or being able to update details like a flyer ID can be tricky.
