    I use this tool to communicate with my clients or team members. Also use it for personal productivity to annotate and save clips and pics from websites.

    Love the ability to take partial or full screen screenshots. Ability to mark up and use annotations. good use for self productivity and team productivity for business. You can also webcam record.

    Nothing to dislike but there isn't much support for this tool. customer support is slow and there's not much updates with this tool.
