EBizCharge is a great system to work with. The processing system is simple to use and for everyone to use.

Gives you simple and full details of transactions. Easy to search for transactions using keywords.

Wish more reports were able to create for AR.

Not a great experience. Customer service needs work on… serving customers. Product needs work on being seamless.

Think we save some money. Maybe. Or, we are are under the impression we save money, but not sure with fees and time wasted rebooting.

Product is glitchy. Crashes and freezes screen easily. Takes time to load, not seamless. No rhyme or reason why.
Have called for rate review multiple times and nobody ever calls back. Says they will have someone reach out, they never do. Worth it? Not sure. Have been using for several years and not sure.

Very good commitment and follow progress, Frank answered all of my questions and gave me price options to fit our needs.

Great product and does what you need it to do. It keeps up with changing landscapes and is self intuitive on how to operate.

It makes the ease of check batch totals so simple even if I am not at my computer. The app works seamlessly with our day to day operations.

We have two locations. Currently you can not switch locations on the app. You have to have a separate login. I hope this will change in the future.

Very frustrating process. I'm not sure who is at fault, but I need my issue resolved. It shouldn't be this hard.

I have been working for months trying to change a bank account. Still unsuccessful as of 3/25. Having trouble coordinating efforts with another vendor.

Been using it for years with absolutely no issues. Never called in to discuss an issue all these years. Rates are great as well.

It is pretty easy to use and the only problem I have ever had any trouble out of was the compliance testing.

Very easy to use. When a customer swipes their card, it can be viewed almost instantly on the website. The batch closes automatically every night. I get an email telling me the net balance that will be deposited into our account. The next day the total of the batch is deposited into our account. On the very few occasions that I have had a problem, and called in our rep has helped resolve this issues very quickly.

There is a yearly compliance test that is very hard to get through. I'm sure if IT department of the system that we use could get in contact with the IT department with EBizCharge, they would get it worked out.

Overall the platform has been easy to use at a good price. No major issues. Users like the web based platform better than others we have used.

Overall EBizCharge is good partner for processing credit card transactions, voiding and issuing credits. Been very happy with them.

Processing credit card transactions are a breeze. And like the fact I can do it from just about anywhere.

Not much wrong, except you have to pay extra to get reports.

Can’t complain. Makes our job easier. If I had another business where I have to use credit card merchant service, I would definitely use EBizCharge.

I’ve been with EBizCharge from the day one, never thought of switching to other merchant services. I almost never had any problems, when I had any minor issues, I had my answers very quickly.

I don’t know if any other merchant companies do it but it would be great if we didn’t have to wait until Monday for the weekend charges :).

Overall experience is amazing, window pops up, it is already pre-populated with the address, so I only need to put in a credit card number.

I like that eBiz integrates with QB desktop and comes up when we need to run a card. I also like the support. I only had to call in a few times and I always received a fast response.

On a rare occasion, EBizCharge freezes and I need to shut down QuickBooks and reopen it, it is a bit of a pain, but it only happens on occasion, so not a big deal.

Excellent, reliable service, with lightning fast settlement. No hassles ever from this outfit. Highly recommended!

Very simple to use, with very fast settlement. This is the easiest service we have used to date, and the monthly fees are reasonable.

It would be nice if the monthly fees were lower, but frankly, the cost of this service is very reasonable.

I would highly recommend EBiz. It is very cost effective, easy to use and the integration with our accounting system has saved us significant processing time.

EBiz is very easy to use and integrates with our accounting system which has been time saving on the processing side . Their customer service from sales to implementation to trouble shooting is excellent. We have also experienced significant credit card fee savings.

This is not a con but more of a recommendation. It would be great if EBiz customer service would consistently reach out to the customers regarding available upgrades or new features.

Overall it's probably better than other credit card charging companies but I definitely have some complaints.

It's easy to use and I mostly enjoy using it.
I like that it fits with Sage 50.

I hate having to have them get onto my computer every year to update it. I also hate having to log in and change my password every 90 days. So annoying! I also dislike that I never know how much the cc fee is every month until I get the statement.

We use this for our customized platform, they work great with our developers and are always on point. I can't say enough good things about them and we have been with them for over a decade.

Excellent service, timely reporting and tools. Great compliance! We never have any issues with settlements.

Nothing, we have never had any issues with them as a processor. They are very easy to work with.
