    It is pretty easy to use and the only problem I have ever had any trouble out of was the compliance testing.

    Very easy to use. When a customer swipes their card, it can be viewed almost instantly on the website. The batch closes automatically every night. I get an email telling me the net balance that will be deposited into our account. The next day the total of the batch is deposited into our account. On the very few occasions that I have had a problem, and called in our rep has helped resolve this issues very quickly.

    There is a yearly compliance test that is very hard to get through. I'm sure if IT department of the system that we use could get in contact with the IT department with EBizCharge, they would get it worked out.

    Overall experience is amazing, window pops up, it is already pre-populated with the address, so I only need to put in a credit card number.

    I like that eBiz integrates with QB desktop and comes up when we need to run a card. I also like the support. I only had to call in a few times and I always received a fast response.

    On a rare occasion, EBizCharge freezes and I need to shut down QuickBooks and reopen it, it is a bit of a pain, but it only happens on occasion, so not a big deal.
