The online platform is great for accessing anywhere. Great online training tools provided but can purchase additional training as well.

Great, does what I need it to in a fairly easy format/interface. This is a great program to mange environmental data and run reports specifically for what you need. Some of the interfaces can be complex, but with some training a lot can be learned.

Handles a lot of different calculations and easy to run different types of reports. Easy to update material data and input data. Lots of different capabilities.

Can be a bit confusing. There are tons of different ways to do things, hasn't been easy to figure out the import data function. System can be simple but also complex depending on how far you want to integrate things.

My experience with ERA extends more than ten years and with their assistance we have customized templates which are professional in appearance and content. I rely on the staff at ERA, the system they have developed and their willingness to help when needed. ERA's system is reliable and always available when needed, and their thoughtful updates continue to increase the value I receive from having them as one of my most valued business partners. They provide much more than a software platform and have exceeded my expectations in every area required for us to remain compliant with various regulations and have provided me with the peace of mind that I made the right decision to work with them.

ERA's system is easy to use with comprehensive details which are backed up by scientific research. The staff are incredibly helpful and talented, and always bring solutions to ensure our operational success.

I cannot report any cons with the ERA products. There is no reason for not considering ERA as a solution to your business needs.

A great solution for environmental record keeping and reporting. Tree navigation with favorites and dashboards keep processes simple.

There are a few forms that seem out-of-sync consistency-wise where odd clicks or mouse movements are needed to complete.

Overall using the program was really helpful for the type of work i had to deliver to my client and it worked out in the end thanks to the teams' support!

The support really helped because otherwise i think it would be very difficult to use the program without any previous knowledge or technical support.

It's not something you can really use "intuitively" and there were some bugs, but the technical support promptly helped solve it. The feature i used (Tanks program), the meteorological characteristics are made only for USA, so if you're European you're going to have to use a similar state and not your country of interest.

Overall, everyone at ERA has been very supportive. It took time for me to understand all the customizable options in the software and, truth be told, I probably will call on them more in the future.

Being able to reach a Tech Support person when I encounter an issue. There was always someone available to help if I had an issue.

Some of the more custom changes I need to make for my SDS's were a little difficult to achieve but, with repeated help from Tech Support, we were able to overcome these obstacles.

Once we learned everything I love this program. It is so much quicker to use than how we used to do it. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who uses this type of program.

I love that we don't have to calculate things manually and being able to upload the information we need in batches. It makes it less likely to make errors and have all the correct information for us to use. I used to spend hours manually entering things into our old program.

It's a lot to learn but worth it in the long run.

Excellent customer service. Every time I need help or assistance with anything, ERA representatives are always very efficient in responding. They are readily available to answer emails or to set up meetings to make sure answers are provided.

Sometimes there are glitches in the system, and I constantly need help navigating and finding things due to slightly confusing system.

Met all commitments and actually turned my project quicker than expected. I was impressed by their expertise and responsiveness.

Product implementation team has been exceptionally responsive to our needs. Each time we have had a question, modification request, or customization issue, they have been very quick to respond in the right way. Seems to have gone quite smoothly.

Very customizable: content of each inspection, notifications, timing, etc. Integration with other modules we are planning on implementing (e.g., environmental, MOC tracking) seems to be very well planned in advance.

Some of it not intuitive and slightly confusing for completing each inspection. Seems to be overcome by training, and other parts were customized to make more simple per our requirements/request.

The newest version is more difficult to navigate overall, although there is still learning to be done.

We are a long time user and can say that it is a great product and their tech side provides great service. Recommended for SDS authoring.

Patch integrations can be disruptive at times, however are always quickly addressed.

I feel really confident when using their software. Because I know if there was ever a question or Issue, someone is always there willing to help me.

I love the support that we get when we have questions regarding reports. The software is user friendly as well.

Very good software to get if you are in the EHS field. Just make sure you pay attention to the employees when they are teaching you on how to use and upload items.

This software is really nice. We use it in three different facilities for tracking of the paint logs and others. ERA employees who help with issues or uploading items make it really easy to use and answer or help with any questions.

Little bit of a learning curve to get it working on your user end. After that it is great.

The modules will not replace a good EHS person, but will make a good EHS person much more efficient by taking over many of the time-wasting but necessary compliance tasks. It is also extremely good for generating documentation for inspectors.

I save hundreds of hours every year by using ERA modules. I also can rely on ERA expertise to replace very expensive consultants for doing major projects like revising SDS, developing training, and managing compliance deliverables.

I had to work closely with a dedicated support team to overcome deficiencies with the training LIMS. Now that everything has been fixed, it literally hums along in the background generating reminder emails and amazing KPI dashboards that I can show at regular meetings.

The support from real human beings is excellent. Arezoo has been particularly helpful with explanations and flexible with my busy schedule. I use the ERA service to make SDSs for my company's end products and it has been used reliably here by others for several years.
