Overall good for our purposes, maybe a little overcomplicated but it allows us to see potential other uses for the software

-central location to keep all of our records
-overall great customer service (Raphael is the best)

-not intuitive to use
-interface updates (which look nice) without notifying users - have to try to relearn how to use software/applications when this happens
-some important things seem to change in the background with no one at ERA able to explain why

Gets the job done from a compliance and functionality standpoint, but the user experience holds it back.

The customer service team is genuinely responsive and helpful. Whenever I ran into issues or had questions about compliance workflows, support was easy to reach and actually resolved my concerns rather than bouncing me around. For EHS software in a regulated environment, that reliability matters.

The UI/UX is the biggest pain point. The interface feels dated and unintuitive. The overall visual design makes it harder than necessary to quickly locate key information.

Was missing for few key items initially. Should have been standard

I regularly use other 3rd party systems to upload product information for customers. This is the most time consuming and awkward system I have used.

The material approval dashboard is easy to navigate and see where all product reviews are in process.

The Process flow for EDS Approval is awkward and time consuming.
The upload template is confusing, requires specific formats and is long to fill out.
The upload process takes 20-30 minutes.
The hidden screens in the EDS review for Manufacturer sign off (Data should load to 1 screen, review and sign off).
If an entry is loaded twice, it duplicates the formulations causing one to have to manually delete line by line (Extremely time consuming). Need a way to delete all and upload new info for the user.

The ERA implementation team, the training's, and the calculations built into the system is awesome.

Incredibly simple implementation training program. The videos are also very helpful. Team communicates well and returns emails/calls quickly.

User Interface is a bit dated compared to other software systems. But very functional.

This was the perfect option to create these documents for our organization for price and ease of use.

The online platform is great for accessing anywhere. Great online training tools provided but can purchase additional training as well.

Limitations on paying per document created for the less expensive options.

Overall the service is good and I would recommend it. We have been using the service for coming on three years and haven't found the need to switch to a new option. It works for our needs.

The layout is clean out of the box.
It is easy for QA to generate new SDS versions and we need to create several each week typically.
Their plan is fairly flexible with the number created in any given month. It is looked at based on the annual average. The flexibility is good for us since sometimes we have surges in a given month.

I wish there were a few more options to customize the formatting. Also, the renewal process is a bit clunky. There is no clear renewal process of the existing plan just a reminder than the current plan is about to expire.
The price does seem a bit expensive for what it does but I haven't shopped out around heavily for other options.

Very happy with ERA and their support team. Rating would be lower if looking at only the software, but the people make it a 5/5.

ERA team is always accessible. Only need to send an email to get help. And regulatory database is very useful for SDS authoring.

Software could be faster. And UI feels old. But I have an easy time finding what I need so it's fine.

Easy to use and navigate. Never any issues. It works seamlessly. All I do is add my information and get a perfect report every time. I cannot imagine trying to write my own air report or create an SDS. If I mess something up the team is always there to help me figure out what I did. Thank you!!!!!

None. It is easy to navigate. You can create your own dashboard with the stuff you use all of the time. I do not have any cons.

Not too user friendly especially for the drop downs

Great, does what I need it to in a fairly easy format/interface. This is a great program to mange environmental data and run reports specifically for what you need. Some of the interfaces can be complex, but with some training a lot can be learned.

Handles a lot of different calculations and easy to run different types of reports. Easy to update material data and input data. Lots of different capabilities.

Can be a bit confusing. There are tons of different ways to do things, hasn't been easy to figure out the import data function. System can be simple but also complex depending on how far you want to integrate things.

My experience with ERA extends more than ten years and with their assistance we have customized templates which are professional in appearance and content. I rely on the staff at ERA, the system they have developed and their willingness to help when needed. ERA's system is reliable and always available when needed, and their thoughtful updates continue to increase the value I receive from having them as one of my most valued business partners. They provide much more than a software platform and have exceeded my expectations in every area required for us to remain compliant with various regulations and have provided me with the peace of mind that I made the right decision to work with them.

ERA's system is easy to use with comprehensive details which are backed up by scientific research. The staff are incredibly helpful and talented, and always bring solutions to ensure our operational success.

I cannot report any cons with the ERA products. There is no reason for not considering ERA as a solution to your business needs.

New updates have made many tasks much easier. An invaluable tool for maintaining and reporting environmental requirements.

A great solution for environmental record keeping and reporting. Tree navigation with favorites and dashboards keep processes simple.

There are a few forms that seem out-of-sync consistency-wise where odd clicks or mouse movements are needed to complete.

Overall using the program was really helpful for the type of work i had to deliver to my client and it worked out in the end thanks to the teams' support!

The support really helped because otherwise i think it would be very difficult to use the program without any previous knowledge or technical support.

It's not something you can really use "intuitively" and there were some bugs, but the technical support promptly helped solve it. The feature i used (Tanks program), the meteorological characteristics are made only for USA, so if you're European you're going to have to use a similar state and not your country of interest.

Overall, everyone at ERA has been very supportive. It took time for me to understand all the customizable options in the software and, truth be told, I probably will call on them more in the future.

Being able to reach a Tech Support person when I encounter an issue. There was always someone available to help if I had an issue.

Some of the more custom changes I need to make for my SDS's were a little difficult to achieve but, with repeated help from Tech Support, we were able to overcome these obstacles.

Once we learned everything I love this program. It is so much quicker to use than how we used to do it. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who uses this type of program.

I love that we don't have to calculate things manually and being able to upload the information we need in batches. It makes it less likely to make errors and have all the correct information for us to use. I used to spend hours manually entering things into our old program.

It's a lot to learn but worth it in the long run.

Overall, my experience is positive. I've worked mostly with Alexandra and she's very amazing at providing information and help to me and my team.

Excellent customer service. Every time I need help or assistance with anything, ERA representatives are always very efficient in responding. They are readily available to answer emails or to set up meetings to make sure answers are provided.

Sometimes there are glitches in the system, and I constantly need help navigating and finding things due to slightly confusing system.

Met all commitments and actually turned my project quicker than expected. I was impressed by their expertise and responsiveness.

They correspond when needed and always deliver. Communication and work ethic were highlighted as impressive aspects of the company. Love how easy the program software is to use.

Pricing is somewhat questionable but you get what you pay for.
