It is more cost-effective than other alternative software out there. Also, customer support is top notch, you can live chat with support, sometimes the response is a delayed but they get back to you eventually.

    - Profit calculator is not accurate, you would have to do it manually.
    - Sometimes there's errors, but that comes and goes with most software. You have to fix your orders manually.

When configured, it doesn't show products without free shipping, so it doesn't cause us any harm. Connecting to software and tracking multiple store locations is also nice, but we don't usually need it.

    It's expensive, and after updates, something like AI support came along. Of course, they're solving problems that way, but the other version was faster. It can freeze while loading products or give out-of-stock errors for products that are in stock.
