    Summary

    Overall, as someone learning about e-commerce and pushing my products out into the world and already increasing the number of options and growing my site, I believe Ecwid will be able to stay with me as a company and I believe it's going to be a great set-up for me. Ecwid integrates with many platforms so I don't have to worry about moving platforms because all the ones I've considered, Ecwid integrates with.

    The customer service has been excellent. I am new to the world of e-commerce and have found Ecwid easy to learn.

    Negative

    The learning curve, for me, pairing it with other print-on-demand platforms has been a little frustrating, but I've always got my questions answered by Ecwid customer support in a timely fashion.
