My case was pretty straightforward and I could easily use Tapfiliate for it. I did not need anything complicated, and was happy to find an inexpensive solution that has all the features. The setup was fast, support was able to answer our questions. We were not ready to launch during free 14 day period, and support added 2 more weeks. If you are looking to create a simple affiliate program, Tapfiliate would be the best choice. Looking at the features they offer, they seem to support more complex use-cases too.

Payouts are not automated (yet, the support promised this will happen later). For now I can download the payout files and process the payments.

Easy to understand system, create multiple programs for affiliates and approve commissions at will. Anyone can handle this program.

TapAffiliate has constantly been improving its affiliation program options. We can add so many rules that can be motivating for affiliates and it is just a pleasure to offer 1Office affiliates additional bonus structures.

Also their knowledge base is terrific with technical specs that can help you to get affiliation marketing to the next level.

Setting up Tapfiliate was a little difficult as we were not able to get much support. However, onboarding and recruiting have been quite great.

Onboarding is easy.
Setting up programs and their structure is easy.
Filtering and extracting data is easy and well structured.

The asset section is not great - too many limitations on size and formats.
Help documentation should be split for program owner and affiliates.
The lowest plan service is poor, only limited to chat and email. Sometimes that makes it difficult to describe and address the issue.
Better email triggers would be a huge plus.

Overall I'm very happy with the platform and would recommend it to my friends or fellow marketers if they were looking for a platform.

It does almost everything that we really need for managing our affiliate program! We use it to onboard new affiliates, watch metrics monthly, and settle payouts. It's also incredibly affordable!

The cons might be that some of the features are a bit behind a few competitors, but their customer support makes up for that — always willing to work through any hurdles that I have.

I think the worst experience around business tools, ever.

Never start a demo with them if you are not 100% sure that the software meets your needs, or they will steal your money. It is a shame how a supposedly serious company has this policy of forcing you to enter the card details in order to see the features since they do not explain anything previously.

It was not for us, but they forced us to check their demo. We needed network features. This case shows what type of company it is and the lack of empathy and closeness, all they want is your money.

They forced us to introduce the credit card in order to be able to check all their features, even when we asked specifically that we needed network features before that.
