Not really a disadvantage, but worth noticing. Automation software is not a one-button solution. To automate the process, you must first learn about software. Though it is feasible to learn the fundamentals and accomplish the first little project in a short period of time.

Highly recommended for ITSPs/MSPs no matter the level of RPA experience. Business model allows developers to make money, it is unique among RPA vendors.

ElectroNeek Platform is affordable for MSPs and empowers developers, customer support is top level, knowledge base is extensive. Easy to start.

Help Center could have a better UI, and integration with some software (SAP) would be nice.
