Performance management in the past had been very ambiguous and subjective. Especially in roles that weren’t traditionally focused on hitting KPIs. Empiraa allows for any type of metric to track performance so you can see where team members are compared with others. Makes visibility better than ever.

Not only does Empiraa allow me to create multiple levels of objectives and tasks that contribute to the business's pillars, but it makes my life a thousand times easier when it comes to yearly performance reviews. Provided my staff regularly enter data for their assigned objectives, we can easily see their performance over a time period. The platform is really easy to use and simple to see with the traffic light style colours to indicate performance. I haven’t come across a tool like it, that combines simplicity while providing lots of value.

I recently started using Empiraa for my business planning needs, the overall experience has been fantastic. The platform has exceeded my expectations in terms of its features and functionalities for the price. One of the things that Empiraa does exceptionally well is providing a simple way to align the business around what important and how we are tracking in near real time. It allows us to anchor our business in the right conversations about our goals, without endless hours of pack production monthly. The design has simplistic design means rolling out was easy and therefore time to value quicker – which is important in the age of app overload.

Although there are some areas for improvement (as with all apps), the overall experience of using Empiraa has been nothing short of excellent.

Empiraa allows us to see the broader vision and direction of our business while being a light-touch product that is easy to use. It simplifies our yearly planning process and makes our staff more engaged.

This platform has really boosted the morale and engagement of our teams since implementing two months ago. The platform allows staff members to see how they are doing against the rest of the team members, creating some friendly competition and better productivity as a result. I like the chat feature inside each objective so you can discuss the specifics related to that goal or task and keep up to date on the progress happening there, rather than it being lost amongst hundreds of emails or slack messages. It’s managed to keep every member of the team accountable for their output and looking towards the bigger picture.
The Dashboards are quick and easy way for us to align on progress and we use this every week in our management meetings to ensure progress, identify challenges / blockages in delivery our plan/strategy.

The part where you enter data is a little onerous.

Took my business plan into a live environment and allowed me to break down big goals into smaller objectives.

I like that Empiraa allows me to break down my big, long-term goals into smaller and achievable ones. It’s really hard to figure out what to focus on when you are just beginning in business and I feel like this gives me direction and focus. Not only that, but I can adapt my goals and switch things up when my direction pivots slightly.

I’ve encountered a few bugs using the platform at various times.

I’ve been looking for a product like this for my clients for years. As a business advisor, I am often consulting clients on their strategies and business plans. In the past, I have had nothing more than a spreadsheet to share with them that breaks down the action points they need to execute. I found there was not much follow-through on this document resulting in a waste of my time and my client's time. Empiraa has completely changed this. I now have a product I can onsell to my clients that allows me to check in regularly with the progress and make changes or pick them up on not executing tasks in a much more timely way instead of when I have my next meeting with them. I have also had feedback from my clients that Empiraa has helped them be more productive. If you are still thinking about whether or not to either partner with or purchase Empiraa, I would recommend just jump in and give it a try! You won’t regret it.

Empiraa has allowed me to check in with my clients on regular basis to ensure they are following through on their action items. Because it's a cloud-based platform, it means there are no excuses like before with losing the spreadsheet and therefore not following through. My clients have noticed higher productivity levels in their business as well as better clarity on what really matters. It enables them to revert important decision making back to whether it resonates with the business goals and gets them closer to their vision.

I would like to be able to get a monthly email with a general ‘health check’ of each of my clients. That would help me remember to jump in and look closer at what is happening and save my time checking every single account holder of mine that is using the platform.

Empiraa is an excellent tool for data-driven decision-making. I appreciate how the platform provides me with valuable metrics and insights to track my progress and adjust my strategy accordingly. It's empowering to know that I can make informed decisions based on real data.

Although Empiraa has a lot of great features, I do wish it had a clone function to quickly duplicate data and save time. I also it allowed for fewer clicks to achieve the same outcomes.

A cost-effective, secure cloud-based system that allows for quick strategy setting and alignment/business planning, and related visualisation and analysis, improving collaboration via communication tools and customisable reporting and monitoring.

Very simple to set up and use, can make additions/changes in minutes. The system is intuitive and allows for instant overview and simple drill-down-navigation to underlying data.

Pricing is good, considering the value extracted /improved outcomes from planning, team awareness of objectives and the data available for management reports.

Empiraa provides for easy inter- and intra-company communications and planning where high-level strategies must be set. The progress to meeting objectives remains visible to external partners, management, other teams/divisions or between teammates, and so-doing adds energy and improves strategic alignment.

The solution has evolved, and it is good for SMEs - a more extensive enterprise version and app (plus AI) appear imminent (review date 03/2023) - cannot comment on this. Integration with, e.g. MS Teams would be of benefit.

Honestly, it made my life easier. I struggled with docs and they never allowed my plan to come to life. This really did.

Simple UI, easy to onboard, great for my team as it wasn’t difficult. The api is powerful and simple with Zapier.

I did wish it had native integrations and more dashboard tools.
