Beware of Unfair Practices and Lack of Flexibility

    Updated: Mar 22 2024
    Summary

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this company to caution potential future clients about their practices. I encountered an issue where I requested a refund for a domain renewal after transferring the domain, only to be met with a rigid and unsympathetic response. Despite multiple notifications regarding the domain’s expiration and the renewal fees being charged until 03/27/2026, the company flatly refused any form of refund, citing their policy.

What’s more disheartening is the lack of understanding and flexibility in their customer service. The cost of their services is significantly higher compared to other providers in the market, which one might justify if paired with superior service or customer care. Unfortunately, that is not the case here.

Their strict adherence to policy without room for customer circumstances, combined with premium pricing, does not equate to value for money. This experience has been not only frustrating but also eye-opening, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers who value customer satisfaction and fairness.

Please consider this review as a warning to tread carefully or better yet, choose a provider that respects and values your business and doesn’t just see you as another transaction.

    Positive

I can’t see anything good as it was the most expensive provider I had and because I was on renew for domains I didn’t check prices, it’s only when selling the domain I realised the scam.

    Negative

Worst Customer service, premium prices. This is the biggest scam company I never experienced. I was more upset for my phone calls bills which cost me more than the refund asked.
