    Envoy provides data quickly and efficiently to create reports, predict trends, and verify health checks through this pandemic. The iPad app creates a seamless sign in for employees and creates a nice customized feel for our organization.

    Negative

    We utilize Genetec Security Desk, the integration price is bit steep, would be interested in seeing that lowered or trial versions offered. Sometimes notifications can be delayed, but not too bad.

    A very good experience for visitor sign-in management and hot desk allocation and booking, would recommend above other tools and systems in this sector.

    Positive

    How intuitive the system is to use and manage through ipads for signing in and the web dashboard to control, manage and track visitors. The desk booking via the envoy app and health check questionnaire for staff returning to work onsite is a very useful addition at this time.

    Negative

    The badge printing is in black and white and there is no options to change the badge templates with the company designs and backgrounds. Would be good to have a physical QR check in for staff who book hot desks to confirm they are physically on site at the correct desk, each desk has a unique QC code with is number and location. These could be created in envoy and printed out and placed on the corresponding desk.

    Envoy Game Changer Post-Covid Era

    I would rank Envoy 9.8 stars out of 10 easily.… I would recommend to any workplace looking to simplify, manage and check multiple boxes for the new norm in the workplace. The pandemic has made office re-opening for employers quite challenging. With Envoy's feature to keep occupancy at a minimum this should ease an employee who may be worried about returning to the office.

    The Envoy system is fabulous. We used to have to run to the lobby to greet people, but with Envoy the system will call the host directly. It saves a lot of time and also security because you know who is in the building.

    The desks were easy to set up on Envoy. Envoy is great it is like having another person in the office. We used to have to go to the lobby to collect visitors, but with Envoy it contacts the host directly. It is a great tool to have in the office and I would recommend it to anyone.

    Couldn't see anything wrong with Envoy, it is a great source and allows us to know who is in the building.

    Easy to use, very straight forward to set up and user-friendly, Just few taps and you are registered.

    I love the fact that it is so easy to use and at the same time employees can select their preferred desk. I also think it is very safe because this way we know who was sitting in each desk in case of any covid infection or for any other security reasons.

    Not much to dislike about this software, it does what it is designed to do, and does it very well. I would only say that sometimes the notifications are a bit delayed, but for the rest Ive had nothing but positive feedback from users :)

    Our company has used Envoy for quite a few years. With this Covid-19 episode in our lives I was happy to find out that Envoy was addressing it with a touchless entry program. I have recently set it up and it works well. I am waiting for our EH&S person to document it all and send out instructions to all our employees so that we can roll it out.

    While setting it up I did find myself confused a couple of times. That is the only Con that did not last very long. The Support Team answered my questions within minutes.
    I hope that vendors, guests and contractors will be able to take advantage of this.

    All the features we needed on one platform

    We initially started using one part of the Envoy platform. When our offices started planning our reopening strategy after Covid-19, we reached out to see if they had a solution for us. They did, and within a few weeks, we were up and running on their beta test. Overall Envoy is a great company, with employees that really seem to care about their product. I'm looking forward to see what their next addition will be...

    One of the most user friendly platforms that I have used when it comes to managing visitors, deliveries, and now covid-19 self testing, and capacity tracking. The platform is not only easy for our internal users to set up and use, but I have gotten feedback from our visitors that it's convenient for them to use as well.

    While it's rather easy to use as a whole, if you need to extract data, and run reports, it's cumbersome, or not able to do at all. Seems that a lot of thought and planning has gone into the product, but not as much when it comes to running reports, etc...

    It's easy to maintain and attractive. I had a visitor contact about a month after they had been here and ask me what it was so he could implement it as his company. I gave him the name and recommended it.

    It's flexible also as I was able to easily add a COVID-19 safety form to it once the pandemic hit.

    It's really easy for end users (guests) to use . Easy to setup and maintain. The only maintenance you will generally have is the IPAD asking you for IOS updates.

    Overall very happy with the system.

    I love not having to write down who received a package, who it was from and when it was delivered. No I just take a photo of the label and they are automatically notified they have a package. For those that receive many packages, I had "nicknames" set up in the system. I also don't have to remind them that they have a package and need to pick it up as they system does it for me.

    Sometimes the system locks up when it can't find someone's name, and there are times when it just is very slow to respond. This eats up the battery time.

    Love the new Protect Features!

    It's working great for us! Not only do I use Envoy in my office but have attended events around town that also use Envoy. The phone app makes checking in super easy.

    Envoy Protect is going to be a game changer for our reentry. I really appreciate the easy of use with this new feature!

    It would be great if we could have the ability for our employees to register to be in the office a couple of weeks in advance. With child care and all of that it would be good to plan out.

    It has cut our time down booking people in quite dramatically. By having an invite tab which allows the visitor to self help and sign in virtually on arrival.

    The invite tab, it is so useful you can sort out all your visits in advance and send out invites, which make the booking in so streamline.

    I would like to be able to save a months worth of visitors at one export, rather than daily.

    Software and hardware are very easy and flexible to use. Customer support specialists are receptive, helpful, and effective. My company is very happy with this tool and is excited to see it evolve!

    Functions and features are intuitive and don't require a lot of training.
    The ability to use for multiple sites in multiple geographic regions is excellent.

    We are beta testing a function now that requires all staff members to answer questions related to COVID symptoms. How they answer will determine if they can enter our offices. They can only do this via a smartphone app. It'd be helpful if they could also do this via website since not everyone in our company has a smartphone.

    Overall, I love the program. It would be close to perfect if a few of the small things could get better but we have been making due with it so far. Thank you so much for allowing us to use this program and making our days better!

    It definitely has made our driver check in a lot easier and love how all who are signed into Envoy can see which drivers are there and their info. For the most part it has been a great addition to us! Especially me since I do most of the check in’s

    1. Love the search capability
    2. Love being able to go quickly to different days to look up the info that we might need

    4. Very nice having all the information right there on one screen
    5. The picture has come in handy a few times

    Negative

    1. On the computer screen, the left side (home, visitors, deliveries, employee directory) cannot be resized which means that the driver check in info has to get reduced instead. It would be very nice to be able to resize that whole left side if you would like.

    2. We have 30-60 driver sign in each day and it would be awesome to be able to highlight somehow the driver that I am looking at so they don’t get mixed up with another while I am pulling paperwork. I use the check box on the left but if I have to change anything those check marks go away so I have to recheck all drivers that have been checked in. Would love for the check marks to stay. Also, when you utilize the check all box up top it then makes the column headers go away.

    3. If a truck is signed out by mistake there is not a way to resign them back in or reverse it. We try to keep track of times so this would be helpful

    4. I have been told by a couple of Russian drivers that the Russian translation is not correct but I have no way to double check without going into my translation append checking each one

    5. We have quite a lot of Spanish only speaking drivers and they have to use the Spanish translation for them to check in. When it show up on my screen it appears in Spanish, which I don’t speak, so I have to have a cheat sheet that shows me each question. As many times that I look at the English version you would think that I would remember when looking at the Spanish version but I don’t. Luckily we haven’t had to use the Russian version because then I would have no idea what they wrote. Is there a way to translate their sign in choices to the language of our choice on our screen?

    6. We will also be in the middle of our day and randomly a sign in box will appear so we have to sign back in with user name and password before we can continue with the day.

    7. At the sign in desk, if I make a change to a drivers info, it does not update on the other users screens unless they refresh their page but then they have to know that a change has been made.

    Perfect Sign in software for our Non-profit

    As a grant-funded organization this product has been wonderful in helping us collect the data we need for our funders. We have been able to streamline our processes and use our time better now with this software.

    Love the ease of use for both the staff and our visitors! Very easy to explain to new visitors, walking them through signing in the first time and explaining they need to use their email address subsequent visits makes signing in a breeze!

    Negative

    Would like to be able to organize ALL fields in the order we would like them in. Sometimes the order feels disjointed. This can be confusing the first time someone signs in, or when they're making changes to their sign in.

    It just works. It's easy to setup, easy to maintain, and easy to configure. Looks very professional and gives us the tracking abilities we need.

    Envoy lets us keep track of who is coming and going, who they are coming to see, and if they have signed their NDA paperwork. During COVID its letting us ask additional questions for health screenings.

    The expiring badges fell out of use very quickly, too many steps to use.
