PositiveHow intuitive the system is to use and manage through ipads for signing in and the web dashboard to control, manage and track visitors. The desk booking via the envoy app and health check questionnaire for staff returning to work onsite is a very useful addition at this time.
NegativeThe badge printing is in black and white and there is no options to change the badge templates with the company designs and backgrounds. Would be good to have a physical QR check in for staff who book hot desks to confirm they are physically on site at the correct desk, each desk has a unique QC code with is number and location. These could be created in envoy and printed out and placed on the corresponding desk.

Envoy Game Changer Post-Covid Era

The pandemic has made office re-opening for employers quite challenging. With Envoy's feature to keep occupancy at a minimum this should ease an employee who may be worried about returning to the office.

Updated: Jun 18 2021SummaryThe Envoy system is fabulous. We used to have to run to the lobby to greet people, but with Envoy the system will call the host directly. It saves a lot of time and also security because you know who is in the building.
PositiveThe desks were easy to set up on Envoy. Envoy is great it is like having another person in the office. We used to have to go to the lobby to collect visitors, but with Envoy it contacts the host directly. It is a great tool to have in the office and I would recommend it to anyone.
NegativeCouldn't see anything wrong with Envoy, it is a great source and allows us to know who is in the building.

Envoy Desks
Date: May 28 2021SummaryEasy to use, very straight forward to set up and user-friendly, Just few taps and you are registered.
PositiveI love the fact that it is so easy to use and at the same time employees can select their preferred desk. I also think it is very safe because this way we know who was sitting in each desk in case of any covid infection or for any other security reasons.
NegativeNot much to dislike about this software, it does what it is designed to do, and does it very well. I would only say that sometimes the notifications are a bit delayed, but for the rest Ive had nothing but positive feedback from users :)

PositiveOur company has used Envoy for quite a few years. With this Covid-19 episode in our lives I was happy to find out that Envoy was addressing it with a touchless entry program. I have recently set it up and it works well. I am waiting for our EH&S person to document it all and send out instructions to all our employees so that we can roll it out.
NegativeWhile setting it up I did find myself confused a couple of times. That is the only Con that did not last very long. The Support Team answered my questions within minutes.

All the features we needed on one platform

When our offices started planning our reopening strategy after Covid-19, we reached out to see if they had a solution for us. They did, and within a few weeks, we were up and running on their beta test. Overall Envoy is a great company, with employees that really seem to care about their product. I'm looking forward to see what their next addition will be...
PositiveOne of the most user friendly platforms that I have used when it comes to managing visitors, deliveries, and now covid-19 self testing, and capacity tracking. The platform is not only easy for our internal users to set up and use, but I have gotten feedback from our visitors that it's convenient for them to use as well.
NegativeWhile it's rather easy to use as a whole, if you need to extract data, and run reports, it's cumbersome, or not able to do at all. Seems that a lot of thought and planning has gone into the product, but not as much when it comes to running reports, etc...

Easy and welcoming to end users
Date: Sep 08 2020SummaryIt's easy to maintain and attractive. I had a visitor contact about a month after they had been here and ask me what it was so he could implement it as his company. I gave him the name and recommended it.
It's flexible also as I was able to easily add a COVID-19 safety form to it once the pandemic hit.PositiveIt's really easy for end users (guests) to use . Easy to setup and maintain. The only maintenance you will generally have is the IPAD asking you for IOS updates.

PositiveI love not having to write down who received a package, who it was from and when it was delivered. No I just take a photo of the label and they are automatically notified they have a package. For those that receive many packages, I had "nicknames" set up in the system. I also don't have to remind them that they have a package and need to pick it up as they system does it for me.
NegativeSometimes the system locks up when it can't find someone's name, and there are times when it just is very slow to respond. This eats up the battery time.

PositiveEnvoy Protect is going to be a game changer for our reentry. I really appreciate the easy of use with this new feature!
NegativeIt would be great if we could have the ability for our employees to register to be in the office a couple of weeks in advance. With child care and all of that it would be good to plan out.

Date: May 19 2020SummaryIt has cut our time down booking people in quite dramatically. By having an invite tab which allows the visitor to self help and sign in virtually on arrival.
PositiveThe invite tab, it is so useful you can sort out all your visits in advance and send out invites, which make the booking in so streamline.
NegativeI would like to be able to save a months worth of visitors at one export, rather than daily.

2. We have 30-60 driver sign in each day and it would be awesome to be able to highlight somehow the driver that I am looking at so they don’t get mixed up with another while I am pulling paperwork. I use the check box on the left but if I have to change anything those check marks go away so I have to recheck all drivers that have been checked in. Would love for the check marks to stay. Also, when you utilize the check all box up top it then makes the column headers go away.
3. If a truck is signed out by mistake there is not a way to resign them back in or reverse it. We try to keep track of times so this would be helpful
4. I have been told by a couple of Russian drivers that the Russian translation is not correct but I have no way to double check without going into my translation append checking each one
5. We have quite a lot of Spanish only speaking drivers and they have to use the Spanish translation for them to check in. When it show up on my screen it appears in Spanish, which I don’t speak, so I have to have a cheat sheet that shows me each question. As many times that I look at the English version you would think that I would remember when looking at the Spanish version but I don’t. Luckily we haven’t had to use the Russian version because then I would have no idea what they wrote. Is there a way to translate their sign in choices to the language of our choice on our screen?
6. We will also be in the middle of our day and randomly a sign in box will appear so we have to sign back in with user name and password before we can continue with the day.
7. At the sign in desk, if I make a change to a drivers info, it does not update on the other users screens unless they refresh their page but then they have to know that a change has been made.Official Envoy Response -

PositiveLove the ease of use for both the staff and our visitors! Very easy to explain to new visitors, walking them through signing in the first time and explaining they need to use their email address subsequent visits makes signing in a breeze!
NegativeWould like to be able to organize ALL fields in the order we would like them in. Sometimes the order feels disjointed. This can be confusing the first time someone signs in, or when they're making changes to their sign in.
