    Summary

    Good and satisfied because I have seen our guest using it and guiding them to answer the question, they need to be explained just once. When producing the report, the data provided is easy to manager.

    Positive

    We are using this for our guest screenings at the house in NYC and it is really easy to use and people's friendly. Fast movement from question to question and easy to manage to produce the report and information. From the IT perspective, it is easy to customize to the needs of the business.

    Negative

    I don't think they should limit on the type of question or what to do with the answer. They should just ask the organization to sign a waiver so they are responsible of the information they collect.

    Overall as a security feature its good to use.

    Positive

    I enjoy using ENVOY each day of my shift. The process is efficient, quick, smooth, and good.

    Negative

    We had some problems with the printer device disconnecting from Bluetooth after software install.
