Having everything unified has made our operations much smoother, especially when we need to pull reports or check availability across both sides of the business. The staff scheduling features are helpful for our 8 part-time guides. Support team has been great — they helped us set up custom fields for tracking bike sizes and frame types, which wasn't obvious at first. I'd recommend it to any tour company that also rents gear.
PositiveWe're a hybrid business — part tour operator, part rental shop — and EquipDash is one of the only platforms that handles both sides without forcing us into two separate systems.
