Horrible customer service
Date: Apr 29 2025SummaryI joined your club for the mail service.
I called to find out how to do the paperwork, slightly resistant to help but sent me the link to print the documents. Said to email them after completed, signed and notarized.
I did so, then I'm told (without articulating issues) that I need to re-do the forms and re-notarize. Regina was extremely resistant to listening or explaining. Then I called and Tanya gave me attitude and then I could hear her AND Regina talking negatively about the situation. Regina stated "I tried to help her" but I'm not going to anymore. That was in response to me asking her several times to correct the forms; that were incorrect! They also failed to answer several important questions and just kept demanding certain things again without explanation or understanding. After I provided all the required documents, I have yet to hear from anyone from the Escapee Mail service and no one will respond to my emails or requests.
Not giving explanations just demanding things that won't make sense. Once explained then can get the proper paperwork. After I provided all the requested paperwork, I have received ZERO responses from anyone at the mail service! PROOF is in the recorded phone conversations and email interactions.PositiveNothing they haven't completed my service since paying for it
Nothing positive to say at all.
I've paid and received no services or customer support.NegativeHorrible customer service

Escapees has not lived up to its promises
Date: Dec 19 2023SummaryHaving a legal address in Florida that does not actually work as a domicile, and a mailing address that is in Texas, has created nothing but financial and legal headaches for us .I really have nothing but bad feelings and once our yearly membership is over I’m done.
PositiveThe people that answer the phone are friendly.
NegativeWe’ve been using Escapees for almost a year and have had nothing but headaches. The promised physical address for domicile does not work for anything legal we’ve needed to do. The driver’s license and tag office have a policy letter specifically stating that they do not accept that address. We’ve struggled with the same issues with banks, Verizon, credit card companies, health insurance, medicare, and buying a new truck. It takes forever to view what little mail we still get, and longer when we need to have it sent to us.
