The package was smashed, and no one informed me!

1. the courier was supposed to come to pick up the package 10.6. I wanted to send a gift in time for my friend's birthday. Collection time of the package is from 9 to 18. I wrote to support that I had not yet printed the label, because I saw the information about it only on 10.6 in the morning. But the courier still came and left without a package. I asked the courier to come back the next day. I was home all day, no one came, and the support said that the courier could not pick up the package because I was not home (lie). I asked them to come back the next day and said it is very important because otherwise I might not make it on time. I stayed at home all day again, but no one came. I called and wrote many times, and the support team kept telling me to wait, the courier would come, there was still time (at 17.30 IT was said to me too). The recipient was going to leave for a week and we were not able to deliver the package before he left, so we had to postpone it for a week. It's a huge disappointment because it was a birthday present that wasn't delivered on time. Although I did my best to deliver it on time. The package was finally picked up from me on 24.6. 2 weeks after it was planned.
2. In the request, I specified that I would be transporting alcohol and clothes. And that's the only reason I chose your company, because it could provide alcohol transportation. But the package broke on the way and stained the clothes. 1 bottle of 8 was broken, and 1 can was missing! I packed it in such a way that it was difficult to break if you treat the package as glass (which is what alcohol is usually contained in). The clothes were in plastic bags, but they were also taken away! The sweets were also spilled out of the package and because the alcohol was broken and there was liquid/probably glass, it could not be eaten! The package was repacked, the glass was removed, but I was not informed of anything!

PositiveI have placed my order on 19th of May 2022 from Stuttgart to Munich and still have not received it. They canceled my order 5 times and they don't respond to any email or they will direct you to another colleague. I have written them 32 emails and still no response. They give fake collection dates and no one comes. After getting tired I asked them to return my money, they replied immediately that they can not return once the order has been placed and has tracking ordered. They gave my 5 different tracking orders, I stayed home during collection time and they cancelled the order and gave me an excuse that I don't know what happened. Once again I would not recommend this service to anyone!

The courier (DPD) has still not shown up to pick up my shipment. Eurosender is taking zero responsibility for this. Despite the fact that the shipment was scheduled, paid for, and booked through Eurosender, they are indifferent to my calls, and have not followed up with me or DPD.
When I call the company, they ask me to submit a complaint via their web form. That form says complaints can be 500 words long (which is nothing), but won't accept even that many characters. They promise a response, which has not been forthcoming.
While Eurosender has my money, I have been a prisoner in my house for three days waiting for a courier who never comes while I futilely reach out to Eurosender's indifferent and unresponsive "customer service."
Run, don't walk, away from this company. -

I am waiting already a week for my "express" delivery and pretty sure that nobody will deliver my order. The "company" is denying money refund and customer service is solving nothing. Worst customer service ever

We hired Eurosender to send 21 packages from Gdansk to Amsterdam. This is our experience:
1 - They needed to reschedule the pick up three times, while we were not in the pick up country.
2 - They picked up the packages 1 week later than expected.
3 - After calling the customer service, they were not clear about the reason why the packages were not picked up.
4 - We needed to call DPD in order for them to pick up our stuff, because Eurosender was only able to reschedule the pick up again without any guarantees and telling us to stay at home from 10AM to 7PM
5 - They sent us 20 out of 21 boxes with no compensation
I have never seen some company being that unprofessional with their customers. Definitely do not recommend it to anybody.PositiveThe price does not worth the stress and the lack of professionalism.

The basis: apparently tape is not foil and doesn’t constitute as wrap. I’m 100% they stole the package and will sue them. They’re SCAMMERS. I should also say they’re website does not work properly and charged my card double!!! Which I also had to deal with in the midst of moving. OVERALL HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. Also super unhelpful staff.

But in the end, they did not specify exactly what the service was about and left out some major items that needed extra payments. I was shipping from Italy to USA products, they omitted the fact I would need to hire a Customs Broker in the USA to process my shipment. They also confirmed pick up of the product but had no confirmation from the actual shipper, who in turn ended up picking up 3 weeks after Eurosender confirmed pick up date. I tried to talk to all at the Eurosender office and got the royal run around with no resolution. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!

-First, they were late to collect the 2 suitcases.
-Then the few working days for the suitcases became 2 months and they refused to change the delivery address.
-Out of the 2 suitcases only the one arrived and was broken.
-2 months later they said they don't take responsibility for the broken one and they blamed the person that received it that it didn't report it directly (as it wasn't me because they refused to change the delivery address, in the same city)
-Then for the 2nd suitcase they admitted that they LOST it!
-After 10+ MONTHS(!!!), of hundreds of emails and calls trying to get a refund and every time coming with a stupid excuse they decided to give a ridiculous amount for a refund even I paid extra to have insurance! The amount was not even covering 2 empty suitcases and they were saying "We have good news and are happy that we managed to get you a refund"! And they blamed that "i didn't have receipts" for the clothes and whatever was inside the suitcase.

BAD SERVICE EVER!
Date: Sep 29 2020Summary1° Case Germany-Italy: on 9.9.20, I stayed at home all day, but my luggage wasn’t picked up. I called the following day, and they said they were sorry and that my luggage will be picked up. The courier came on 10.9. They are always asking for reviews before the parcel is picked up. And the strange thing is that they don’t ask how the experience was afterward, but when you place an order, you will automatically receive an e-mail saying to evaluate your experience. Even if they were sending me reminders to give a review, I explained that I’m not going to do it because the service was not good and that I want to give them another chance.
2° Case Germany-Netherlands: on 15.09, I chose that my parcel needs to be picked up on 22.09. Same thing, asking for reviews. On 22.09, I called requesting a confirmation that they will come. One of the agents told me yes, it’s confirmed and sent me an e-mail. I stayed at home another day, and they didn’t come!!! I sent an e-mail asking what happened, and they postponed it automatically on 24.09 (two days later!!!). I called, and I said it was not possible because I won’t be at home, I’m moving. I also talked with their manager, who told me my parcel would be picked up on 23.09 and advised me to call DPD (They never answered). The manager said to me that it could be because I have an Italian number. I called both with an Italian number and a German one but still did not answer.
23.09 again. they didn’t come. I called the following day on 24.09 AGAIN before my leaving. The first agent told me to ask someone to stay at home and received the package for me. I talked again with the manager, and this was one of his suggestions as well. That was what I did. They didn’t come again. On 25.09, I called AGAIN and firstly, I talked to an agent who told me DPD didn’t pick up my luggage because one of her colleagues has miswritten my address. She could see it in the system. I talked with the manager and I asked to be refunded. He told me that they cannot refund my money immediately because it takes a maximum of 30 days, but I will be refunded and invite me to read the terms and conditions (I have his e-mail). On 29.09, I received this e-mail from one of their agents:
“I am sorry for this experience, I see that the order has been canceled already by one of my colleagues but unfortunately, we can not refund this order as it was confirmed already. What we can do is to freeze it so we can use this balance for a further shipment. Please let us know if this suits you so we can proceed accordingly.”
I was told that one of the possible reason was that I put an Italian number. WRONG, because when a person places an order, they write clearly that the courier is NOT obliged to call the customer and IF they call, they will call just the local number. I was at home all day, and they didn’t come.
I was told that it’s because I was living on a university campus. WRONG, because I wrote my address correctly, also putting my room number to know who they have to ring. PLUS: the building door is ALWAYS opened. Indeed, the courier didn’t ring the first time, but he came directly even to my floor.
I was told that DPD is having problems with the delivery. It can happen, but how is it possible that you don’t inform your customers? And that you give a phone number that it’s not available?
Summary: I found out that DPD didn’t come because one of the EUROSENDER agents miswrote my address when he or she postponed it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
Advice: YOU NEED TO BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Have agents that know what they are doing and not that everyone is telling something different. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
