    Summary

    Overall, my experience with EventsAir is good. Like I said, it works well for my company and my line of work.

    Positive

    Jason Kendrick was a great tech to work with. He was very proficient with the inner workings of EventsAir. EventsAir is great for what my company uses it for. Membership records, registration forms etc. EventsAir makes it pretty easy to customize the small things in a form.

    Negative

    Updates to the software that would be helpful in my line of work aren’t always available.

    Summary

    Very user friendly interface with a huge pack of functionalities going from the single registration management to mobile app & website builder, abstract management, sponsoring and exhibitors, online platform for virtual and hybrid events and so much more. They also provide a very good support and learning database to all their client.

    User friendly interface for the database management. The tool offers you a free app store to enhance the basic functionalities and that cover all the needs of an event organiser.

    Negative

    Import from other database is limited and interfacing with other tools needs custom development, the company is working on this at the moment and we hope to have better flexibility in the future.
