Overall & basic features are easy to learn & use but when it comes to complex formulas & extensions it becomes a little tougher to learn & implement on our own.
Positive- Its reliable functions, formulas & pivot tables that handles the complex data easily.
- Its strong integration with Power BI has helped me analyse & present my data cleanly with great looking dashboards.
- We used it for Sales analysis, Cost comparison, contemplating datasheets which more or less helps us in all our data related tasks.Negative- When using complex formulas, it is a little tough for a rookie to learn and implement without a mentor.

The recovery feature is very good when the computer is shut without notice excel can recover your working sheet. The only problem I have always faced is handling CSV in excel the formatting is always a problem, numbers get truncated in CSV.
On an overall level excel is very easy to use and provides a great set of features. One can easily adapt and work on excel.Positive(+) Easy to use and offers great flexibility to work with.
(+) Macros integration is a very cool feature.
(+) Visualization options are quite good.
(+) Option to recover files in case of shut down.
(+) Community of excel users is too big you can get support from many resources.Negative(-) It cannot handle a lot of data. Gets stuck too often in case of large datasets.
