Worst institute, ExcelR cheated me for 37000 Rs

But for me ExcelR experience is the worst. They did not refund my course fees of 37000 Rs even though I asked because I don't like teaching learning process of ExcelR.PositiveExcelR has best marketing strategy to grab money from students saying that they will refund 100% course fees if student is not understanding the course.
