Got used to the UI and learnt the tool only to realise there's little to no respect shown by people that run it. Every pro trader I know walked away from exocharts. If you're a dummy that likes cool looking things that dont work - get on exocharts today and then ask Arthur for help. Spend 6-8 months interacting with the product and team realise what a total mess this company is.

Looks good on the surface and then breaks apart eventually. Hang out in their discord and get a feel of how they have no interest in answering questions or noting down bugs.

Sometimes, the simplest tasks fail, making it feel like you're constantly battling with the platform.

Honestly, the software is so poorly executed that I feel like I could easily code something better myself. The developers are lazy and completely out of touch with the community. For the past four years, they’ve promised live trading capabilities, yet still haven’t delivered. It’s clear they don’t care about actually improving the product or listening to their users.

There are so many other platforms out there that do everything Exocharts promises, and they do it better. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this garbage. Don’t get fooled by the shiny package – it’s not worth your time or money.
