Devices connect using protocols like MQTT with TLS, the HTTPS API, or TCP, while LoRaWAN devices link through different external network servers, including The Things Stack, LORIOT, ThingPark X, Helium, ChirpStack, Orbiwise, and IoT Creators; Modbus and OPC UA devices connect via a software gateway at the edge. The platform is robust, offering a wide range of features such as dashboards, web SCADA views, automated rule-based actions, and alerts sent through channels like email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and push notifications, along with scheduled reporting and role-based access control. Moreover, it includes a well-documented REST API and mobile applications for both iOS and Android users, complemented by an AI Copilot that analyzes user telemetry data. The deployment options are flexible, allowing for installation on AWS or on-premise solutions, and it currently supports over 150,000 devices that are actively connected and operational.
