The support by the technical team was excellent. They were 24/7 ready available for our servicing and all our queries were attended without any delay.

The overall experience we had with the floor was excellent. The backstage option in the floor and the auto live session recording are some of the attractions.

FLOOR allowed us to hold an all-sector hybrid convention that did not replace the physical but use technology optimized to work on low bandwidth to create a unique online experience through the virtual platform (with no need for any app downloads or plug-ins) and built on secure & scalable infrastructure to maximise our global reach through an integrated multi-channel solution (works on laptops, desktops, iPads and smartphones). we are set to use the floor as a key integral part of the Atlas convention at the national, regional and global levels as we see the Atlas Convention is set to be a global event to recon.

1) The Floor brings all the great features of a physical event the lobby, the lounge, stage VIP, booths there is just so much right in front of you in form of a dashboard and you can maximise engagement with key features that every serious potential business event goer is looking for.
2) The Platform has a great interface that's packed with activity, once you populate the platform the event the experience and activities are just awesome from multiple Session, meetings, interactive booths, multimedia integrated features to allow both exhibitors, participants attendees to express all their creativity as they put up their best picture upfront.
3) The analytics part is very informative as you can see how the event publicity is progressing with all the details captured from country time, attribute of attendees to date we have not exhausted the many features you can use to get diverse information about the event you are running on the platform.
4) Ongoing Attendee engagement and matchmaking is one functionality I found very useful as the platform helps the attendee engaged and learning more about the event like speakers coming and other individuals with the ability to select your preferred contact like MDs, CEOs, Students you just can customise the event of your interest.
4) Attendees can plan ahead of the event and set meetings with potential contacts depending on their line of interest, they can check out the sessions and have a detailed and deep understanding of the event before it happens, I personally think this is revolutionary. You can do just so much.
5) Interactive sessions, panellists, sponsors, Q&As, discussions, the video audio integration the reactions like dislikes raise hands makes each session feature-rich and the feeling it creates to the all the parties in my view is something you would want in anything that has the capacity to replace the real physical event.
6) Technical Support and event Hosting is great because our team and the 10times teams were working together as one team and any challenges that our team may take time to address another person from 10times would simply jump in and fix.
7) Ability to control event and take care of potential misbehaving of any attendee or unethical behaviour. The platform allows us to have full control of the before, during and post-event.
8) The platform has a knowledge hub & handouts for pre, during & post-event at the event level and session level you can issue handout and material for the audience.
9) The platform allows you to compare with other events on the platform and also helps you improve your event including suggestions on how to boost performance.
10) The Floor is helping us to evaluate progress on our performance this year against last year and we have already confirmed that with or without pandemics or lockdowns the Floor is here to stay to optimise event experience and drive the ever-growing business engagements for globalising economies.
I personally wish to recommend the Floor to as many potential users as possible.

1) It does not integrate pre-recorded material and live presentation example is we wanted the Permanent Secretaries to introduce the Ministers of respective Government Ministries before the pre-recorded speech is played if refused that we ended up having to play without an introduction or closing remarks,
2) You can only set a pre-recorded content to a specific point in pre-set time and you cannot play it otherwise except for waiting for the set time.
3) Features on the landing page are pre-set and you cannot change them our problem was that there is no attend or join the event button to already registered attendees there is no attend or joining button for attendees. You needed to go to an email link or use the register button to attended the event. Since most attendees get to know the event URL by the head and would simply go straight to the landing page. There is a need to allow the landing page to customise the buttons if not then there is a need for options to insert as many options for attendee interaction as possible on the landing page.

Otherwise, all these are minor adjustments that can allow the floor to be a perfect product for integrated events for a global market going forward.

Overall good experience after using the FLOOR platform. Next event on Floor platform is more critical to us and we are looking forward to have a good experience in that as well.

Ease of Use for audience, speaker, admin and everyone. Anybody can just log in and start using the platform.

Lack of Inbuilt Virtual Background as well as no option to take the feedback from the audience.

The software is really a user friendly tool. Anyone with minimal computer knowledge can handle the software. The performance of the floor was amazing.
