Terrible. I was thinking after a couple years of this site being introduced they would have the bugs hopefully worked out of it but to no avail. I didn't have high hopes knowing how poor and slowly Sandhills reacts to other issues they have with their website that they could be offering such a better product. Especially search features and issues on Tractor house and elsewhere.

Nothing except they said it was free for shippers to post. They offer an app now in the app stores but I highly doubt they've tested it even on an Android phone due to what I've seen so far and not even being able to register it. And also some of the stupid questions they ask when posting a load. Have they even tried to get feedback from pro shippers who post regularly on other websites like 123 load board or truckstop or even uship? Hey maybe that would be a great idea?

I got an email saying they offered a app now since we are a tractor dealer on Tractor house which is part of their parent company and went to try to register it in the store and after spending 5 minutes filling out the form and a possible load then got a reply there's no internet which is not true I've been using the internet all night. Kept trying kept saying no internet. Was not having any other web surfing issues at all tonight. Has anyone on the software programmers there tried to use and register using a Android phone maybe that would be a great idea? I imagine they have only tested it on Apple or else just it's very poor software and design? So I went to sign in the desktop version and it won't let me register there either. Then it said I'm registered and I tried different passwords none worked and then I requested a new password. However the new password never came to my email here maybe because it's after 5 p.m. I don't know. But after 6 times of asking for a new password and no email seen including in my junk folder I have given up after wasting the last 45 minutes of my life. Terrible.

I couldn't get a hold of any body at FR8Star nor could I find my contact of who I hired on their website. I did contact sands publishing and they did respond.

Eager to get back to you until you agreed to a load. Sands publishing returned an email as they are connected to equipment trader tractor house etc.

I agreed and put money down on a load as it was winter I gave the shipper 3 months time. Didn't work out hired a trucking company for the same money.Check to be sure you are getting a trucking company and not another broker first.

Totally useless software with zero any support from Fr8star team and without any solid rates and estimates.
You will have to pay the broker fee for something that may not even be delivered.

Fast rates retrieval and user friendly design of the website but this is just visual, in fact read my cons section.

-most of the rates you get there are not final and brokers will most likely overcharge you.
-Fr8star will never be on your side, they always support brokers during problems resolution.
-Broker may search for the truck power for weeks and you will have zero understanding of when your load is being picked up
- Fr8star will ask you to pay the broker fee, even if your load wasn't delivered
