    I really like using famous, the ability to track orders and the use of FIS helps save me so much time with customers. 9/10!!! Would definitely recommend.

    I like that once you get used to famous it is really easy to use. It works great for tracking inventory, putting in sales orders and the ability to pull reports.

    Negative

    The design has gotten some improvements and that has helped but it still is out of date and very much like windows 03. Honestly not that big of deal, in the grand scheme of things it does the job very well and aesthetics are a minor detail that I don't care about very much because the program works great.

    Sometimes, it takes some time to reach someone in the customer service department or get a response, but they usually respond on the same day.
