Amazing, every FFL should use this.

Fastbound has made my bookkeeping with 100% better, so easy to use and the customer service is amazing.

The program has made making an error impossible as it will prompt you if you want to make a change or not.

Was a breath of fresh air from the books I was using before.
Like I said before, I'd confidently recommend FastBound to anyone.

Nothing so far. I honestly have had no issues, only improvements from my old system.

Very great I have no complaints about the service and the software it all works great i'm sure there are features I have not found yet.

Customer support is almost instant its great to have a tool like this in the gun business its a must have at my store.

Really nothing the people and company are great to work with.

Get rid of the paper boundbook and free up your time, and add peace of mind that things are done 'right'

Definitely was a skeptic in the very beginning, but now that I have been using it for a few months it is the best thing I have done for my time and peace of mind in the 3 years I've been in business. Data entry time is cut by 75% if not more.

I'd like to be able to see 100 entries by default, and I'd like to delete manufacturers from my drop down list.

Have had zero issues so far, contact with support has been outstanding. Have always received a quick response to questions.

So far everything from customer service and response time to the efficient program structure. Multiple firearms forms filled in quickly.

I haven't had any issues yet. Pricing was my only concern.

I have used ARS, Command, Status, and Bizflo through the years. This program is not over complicated. Every feature that I can click on works the way it should. The price is not bad either.

Everything works as it should. Its fast and easy to use. The interface is very intuitive and the receipt print out has all the important information on it.

I wish that there was a box that reminded me to change the serial number on an item that I manufactured from an existing item. I have to go into it manually each time and change the serial after the item is made in the system. I would also like to see some improvements on the interface for making labels. It would be nice if it would link to quickbooks for inventory purposes.

The very best decision I made in the past 7 years of being in the firearms business. I am saving a salary for an auditor. I am confident that my paperwork is accurate and complete at the end of each transaction. Additionally, I never miss a Re-Cert date and signature. You need to subscribe to FastBound.

Complete, easy to use, intuitive. Easy to install. Great Customer Service. I see any reason not to buy FastBound. I have referred many of my friendly FFL's.

I am going to nitpick. Cant tab and enter on the current date. Would like it to automatically insert TTSN instead of having to request it.

I find Fastbound provides all the features I need to keep my business operating and ensures that my documentation is complete and properly prepared. It is a great product for a great price!

This product replaced another program which didn't provide any support after paying for renewal. It was server based and after my server crashed, I was unable to get support to get it working in a client server environment. I chose Fastbound because it allowed me to continue to service my customers during the pandemic by allowing my customers to complete their 4473 online via my Ipad while entering information at my outdoor patio. I loved being able to go directly into ATF Echeck and obtain approval within the program. I love completing the 4473 digitally with signatures and simply printing out the final product. Also, I love the bound book feature and online help from the developers of Fastbound is 1st rate and quick.

I don't have any issues or negative comments about Fastbound.

We went from paper books to FastBound and we love it! You can store so much more information in FastBound so much easier than you can in paper books. We don't have to struggle to find and research information. Transmitting multiple sale reports and making sure they're filled out correctly went from an ominous task to a few simple clicks. there are so many interfaces available for so many other industry products it's amazing!

User friendly interface that just makes sense. Keeps us compliant. Makes past transaction lookup a breeze. All the information you need is right where you need it.

There is absolutely nothing I don't like about this software.

Ease of use, sending multiple forms, ability to print labels from the platform. Also can download and update daily.

There are no cons as far as I can tell, it works well, support is excellent and allows for multiple users.

Extremely pleased with this software to meet our book bound and inventory needs. I would highly recommend this to other potential customers.

I would also recommend setting up a user group that could make recommendations to nice future feature updates.

Reporting extract setup using Swagger.
Very quick to support questions when we started. The application is designed extremely well we only had two questions we posted and the answers were addressed immediately.
Good cycle counting/inventory verification.

There is no option to having user defined fields. I would like to have the option of having fields in the system that we can use specific to our business operation. For example tagging a Gunbroker number to an item we have for sale in Gunbroker.

It would be nice to have non-book bound items feature to use this system for item inventory and look up needs.
