    Saving time and getting a more secure Service Desk

    Summary

    Really happy that we are not much more secure and faster at the same time. We changed the default integration to ServiceNow as we are now doing IDV on every call to the service desk.

    Positive

    Really happy about the ability to handle users different per user group or action. This enables us to have one clear operational path through different Service desk Agents, some internal and some external. It is actually faster the the agents, and they are really happy about using it also!

    Negative

    It is hard to configure the advanced options but then again very configurable so.
