I can see all the information about a ticket in one place. Custom fields let me log almost anything that matters to my business, and this level of flexibility is hard to find. The support team has been very helpful. They respond quickly and do listen to the feedback, as they are still improving the product. They even fixed bugs that i reported.

NegativeSome third-party apps that I have used with other software are not there, but still sufficient enough at its own.
