Great cameras, easy to use. My drivers loves it. The only thing one of them doesn't like is that they can't jam out in the truck because they think someone is watching them.

Live view and track the trucks with no problem. It keeps up with the speed and it make keeping up with the mileage very easy.

I don't see any yet, still trying to figure out to get the engine code, odometer and engine hours from some of these units.

I have not found any cons yet with either the software or the hardware.

Overall, the staff has been very helpful and informative. Once the hardware was installed, we have had no issues. The product has done everything we needed it to do for us.

I like the ease of use on the platform. It was easy to find a local mechanic to install all hardware. Information on the tracking software is easy to understand an adapt to our needs. This product supplies more tools than we need for our small fleet (of 8), but we are already finding more tools on the software useful.

Only complaint is that the hardware is listed as "self install," but it requires a certain amount of wiring knowledge my staff and I did not possess. Also, we have 4 brands of vehicles and each one is different.

It's OK, overall it services its purpose. The saving grace is the customer service. I like that people regularly reach out and ask us if we need help and are willing to work with us unlike larger providers.

I like knowing where our guys are and being able to pull video if needed or if there was an accident.

Doesn't openly display incidents on the screen such as where someone was idling or was speeding without watching a video and replaying a segment.

Great customer service, quick to respond to issues, which I have had very few.
The biggest one being the Off Duty status being thrown back in On Duty when the vehicle is parked, and the ignition is on.

Ease of install and use. Accuracy and the amount of information available.
The app is simple and easy to make adjustments.

The trip trail does not show stops.
The GPS thinks the vehicle is moving when parked. So, when in off duty mode, it will put the driver back on duty if the truck is left running. Must always use PC.

I have been with FleetUp for many years and we are highly satisfied, We have looked at other systems and nothing is as easy as this one.

When ever there is a problem they are on it ASAP. It is resolved in a few hours. We were one of their first customers.

Overall we are very pleased with every aspect of the service. Knowing where our vehicles are, as well as where they have been, the route they took, etc., is a huge bonus for us.

We love the fact that we can manage the location and efficiency of our crews daily, even by the minute. This is saving us on fuel, vehicle maintenance as well as prolonged down time of our personnel.

The only downside is the fact we waited so long to implement this.

Overall, they are a great company and offer a good product at an affordable price. We will be using them on all our equipment.

The overall experience is great. It was simple to install the devices and it is very easy to log in and monitor the vehicles.

Some of the pros for this fleet service is that we can track where our vehicles are at all times, monitor their speed, check to see if the vehicle is idling too long. We can do all of this at our desk.

I can't think of any cons as of right now. As long as everything remains the same I am good.

I have used several other electronic logging devices, including AOBRDs and other ELD providers; FleetUp by far is the most user-friendly. The customer service representative assigned to my account is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to correct issues, and offer assistance. Through the ELD GPS and Camera AI systems, we have recovered stolen vehicles, including one while in transit - the video assisted in prosecution. Our SMS scores have dropped dramatically, and drivers are safer and more compliant with regulatory requirements. We can share vehicle location and route, including ETA, with 3rd party customers or with law enforcement as needed. We have reduced our idle time fuel waste and improved our preventative maintenance efforts with ECU codes alerts. The GEO Fence option allows proactive management of drivers, arrival/departure times, and unauthorized movements of vehicles. I'm very pleased with the results!

Most user-friendly ELD application. Excellent customer service. Innovative and adaptive engineering team. Drivers easily transition into logbook app. Logbook app includes driver alerts and warnings to assist with compliance, including pre-violation alerts. Driver coaching is simple and effective. DVIRs are simple and allow drivers to include photos to assist maintenance technicians. IFTA, Fleet management data, and reports are easy and accurate. Camera AI alerts drivers and management of dangerous or potentially concerning actions that improve driver safety.

Some minor accident events were missed by the Camera's AI, while doors being slammed will set off collision alert at times. Some devices did not work and needed to be replaced (part of Quality Assurance in manufacturing).

Our overall experience has been great. The resource staff and the program have been great to work with. They even granted us an exception to pause since we are a seasonal employer.

FleetUp is user friendly product. We ordered 4 units to have installed in our vehicles. They were simple to install. Once I received training, it was easy to customize the units for our use by renaming them to correspond to the vehicle. I use the software on my desktop and also the mobile app. I am sure we are only using the basics and know there are detailed reports available. However, for scheduling purposes and tracking where our vehicles are, the software works great!

There is not much of anything I don't care for with this product.

A fairly reliable service, the value for money seems adequate to me, there are some aspects that could be improved, but in general it seems acceptable to me.

My overall experience from using FleetUp is that I think is a great app to use to get you to your correct destination in a safe and timely manner. Overall I love the app just few kinks to work out.

The things that I liked most about FleetUp was the ease of using the app as well as opening up the app. FleetUp is direct and fast.

Cons that I found on FleetUp is sometimes the app will put you on a route that’s only good for cars to follow. Only at sometimes and seems to only happen upstate.

I have a fillet of 4 trucks. FleetUp has been in my trucks for about 2 years. I can track my trucks easily, keep up with IFTA easily and have peace of mind as the platform is easy for the drivers to use.

My overall experience was excellent, I would definitely recommend using FleetUp to anyone looking to get into the trucking business.

The products are easy to use and setup and the online instructions were clear and easy to understand.

I have no dislikes about FleetUp all the products were easy to use and they arrived in a timely manner.

Everything was find until i was trying to down size my units. Instead of holding the sales person accountable i had to eat the cost.

Has a company that deals with owner operators who come and go unexpectedly i was sold on the no contract option.

I didn’t like being lied to. Lead to believe i was on a no contract.
